The hotel is super well maintained, we were surprised that it has carpets on the stairs, floors, rooms and they are very well maintained, good aroma, etc. The room was impeccable, (a problem with the cable that we couldn't watch TV but nothing serious) the bathroom was comfortable, spacious, the mattress was super and the sheets were soft, comfortable pillows, really excellent. Some building deterioration is observed, it has two elevators, one of which did not work during almost my entire stay. They could offer, for the prices they manage, a more varied and complete breakfast. The restaurant is quite acceptable. The wine list is very poor. Excellent disposition from the reception employee on 7/16/23 in the morning, who offered to keep me in the room after check-out, until the time of my departure (around 4 more hours) at no cost. Es un hotel antigüo, bien conservado. Deben mejorar el desayuno. Muy muy limitado y no entiendo porque no tienen huevo revueltos al menos que se pueda solicitar. Sin duda el desayuno es la mayor debilidad.

Buena elección si debes alojarte en Trelew. La habitación, cómoda igual que el baño. Un desayuno normal. Muy buen restaurante. El único inconveniente que tiene es no tener incluido el parking. Me parece que deberían tenerlo incorporado en la tarifa.

Muy buen hotel. Excelentes cocheras. Muy buena atencion del personal de recepcion y del buffet/restaurant. Es solo un detalle que la decoracion: es un poco anticuada, pareceria de una pelicula de Olmedo y Porcel de los '70, pero esta todo muy limpio y en excelente funcionamiento. En esa linea de lugar antiguo, los artefactos de baño estan casi en la categoria "vintage" pero todo funciona genial, excelente temperatura y presion del agua de la ducha. Muy buen desayuno, con excelente calidad de untables (lastima que solo hay pan tostado, recomedaria agregar pan fresco), frutas, tortas, etc. Cenamos tambien en el restaurant, EXCELENTE ATENCION y muy buena calidad de la comida. En conclusion, al margen necesitar renovar la decoracion.. EXCELENTE !!!!!
