Sehr gut gelegen, Bahnhof und Innenstadt in wenige Minuten erreichbar. Großzügige und leicht erreichbare Garage im Haus. Freundliches Personal und große Zimmer.

Our hotel room was very large and absolutely spotlessly clean. Very good view from our window. Very friendly staff on reception, however didn’t get the offer of a map of the city. We had pre dinner drinks in the bar and the barman who was very friendly and welcoming brought us “snacks” as he called them, which were delicious. However, our restaurant experience was not as good, we ordered arctic char with rosti and broccoli with chilli dressing, the fish was okay but the rosti was clearly from a frozen packet and the broccoli limp and over cooked, very disappointing from a hotel of this standard. Breakfast buffet was okay, good choice.

Hotel in zona stazione ma molto bella e tranquilla, stanza ( junior suite) bella e accogliente, cuscini top e letto comodo, bagno con accapatio e ciabatttine, colazione in camera semplicemente meravigliosa, parcheggio interno, ristorante Dell hotel ottimo

Non condivido le recensioni negative ,forse perchè ho soggiornato in una de Luxe.Ottimo hotel,senz'altro uno dei migliori in cui ho soggiornato in Italia,nella mia lunga esperienza da giramondo.Una struttura affascinante,tenuta bene ,camera ampia con un balconcino attrezzato.Il punto forte è senz'altro il personale,in particolare quello del bureau,sempre sorridente,disponibile e molto professionale,con punte di eccellenza per il sig.Antonio e la sig.na Svetlana.Uniche pecche:per capire il sistema di illuminazione ci vuole una laurea(e noi fortunatamente ne avevamo due)ed al buffet della prima colazione,ottima fra l'altro,sarebbe opportuno offrire del caffè fresco,non da macchinetta. Comunque ottimo il rapporto prezzo-qualità e la location è molto comoda.Bravi.

Materassi scomodi (e vecchi) e stanza anni 90 sicuramente da ammodernare. Moquette non molto pulita, vasca con doccia poco comoda e maniglia per alzarsi dalla vasca piuttosto rotta e arrugginita. Pulizia nella media, phone vecchio come altri arredamenti della camera non da 4 stelle.

Io e mio marito siamo arrivati domenica 18 febbraio. Hotel molto curato e bello. Alla Reception sono stati molto professionali e gentili. Abbiamo pranzano all'interno dell'hotel . Ottimo ristorante . Le meìtre molto preparato e gentilissimo. Molto pulito. Comodissima la posizione.

Il grand hotel è un hotel storico nel centro di Trento, quindi in una posizione perfetta per visitare la città ed a due passi dalla stazione. L’hotel ha un arredo molto bello ma che lascia più che intravedere i segni del tempo. Allo stesso modo anche le camere andrebbero riviste in alcuni aspetti. La colazione non è sicuramente da grand hotel ma piuttosto minimal. Si potrebbe almeno investire nell’offrire del caffè dalla macchina da bar, visto che siamo pur sempre in Italia. Per il resto nessun servizio aggiuntivo di rilievo, solo una piccola palestra. La spa sembra essere chiusa ormai da anni. Troppo poco per un quattro stelle.

Splendidi il corridoio d'entrata e il bar interno. Camere un po' d'altri tempi. Abbiamo apprezzato l'atmosfera e il servizio. Staff molto gentile e di aiuto. Colazione ricca e abbondante, a buffet - dolce e salata (potrebbe però meglio valorizzare le delizie locali).
