Hotel Buonconsiglio

The town of Trento is very close to the train station. Breakfast is very simple, but the service staff is great. Trento is my first choice for future business trips.

Posizione ottima, vicina al centro e alla stazione. Hanno anche la possibilità di parcheggio. Suite all’ultimo piano, veramente spaziosa, con tutto il neccessario e pulizia impeccabile. Alla reception personale gentilissimo. La colazione nella norma, le bevande calde si prendono da una macchinetta e hanno anche una zona senza glutine confezionata.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel perché erano per la prima volta a Trento. Il parcheggio è un multipiano nei pressi dell’hotel. La camera spaziosa,pulita ma un po’ datata. Personale molto gentile e sempre attento a tutte le richieste. Colazione accettabile

Ottima la disponibilità e la gentilezza del personale! Reattivi e pronti a risolvere qualsiasi problema che purtroppo si presenta spesso visto che la struttura è un pò datata e tante cose non funzionano, ma loro intervengono immediatamente. La camera del primo soggiorno (singola) era un pò piccola, ma la seconda volta prendendo una matrimoniale uso singola era grande e spaziosa, anche il bagno molto grande! Come posizione è molto vicino alla stazione ed al centro di Trento, quindi ottimo anche sotto questo aspetto! Colazione nella norma, soddisfacente e di buona qualità! Io non ne ho avuto bisogno ma hanno anche il parcheggio per chi arriva in auto. Consigliato assolutamente!

Hotel located outside the restricted traffic zone and a short distance from the station and centre, top location! The staff were also top notch and were really kind and helpful throughout our stay, congratulations! Coming to the structure, the impression is that it lives on the glories of a distant time. In fact, today it would need a renovation, especially inside the rooms (I had a standard one). In this regard, positive notes were the king size bed and the TV (which included Sky). However, I found the bed very very hard (maybe it's a personal taste), the built-in shower, although large, was not very functional and without panels, so the water ended up everywhere. The bathroom tiles were broken in some parts, while the plaster was missing in some areas of the walls. Overall the cleanliness seemed good to me, a shame about some "details" such as a stain on a curtain and one on a wall. For the rest, a somewhat impersonal hotel that would need, as well as a renovation, also a characterization that is a little more reminiscent of the splendid city that hosts it. High season is fine (Immaculate Conception long weekend) but I found the price too high for what was offered. 3/5

Very dirty room, hair everywhere, in the bed and in the bathroom, I immediately asked for it to be cleaned and was told that since there were no staff to do it at 4.30pm, the time of my check-in, they could offer me a room change. I agree, it shouldn't but it can happen. They change my room and the situation doesn't change, on the contrary it gets worse as you can see in the attached photos. 4 stars where? What? If it hadn't been for my pregnant wife I would have left immediately, but it was already late, so I spend the night with towels on the bed threatening to have my room renovated the following day. It's done, I spend another night without any problems and I leave. Final trea**ent as if nothing had happened. Terrible structure, no parking, no breakfast and very expensive. Dirty. Never again. Will you say why I went? I didn't book but other friends who were with us. If this is a 4 star I think that hotels around Italy, even 2 stars, deserve 8!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel che è in una posizione ottima, fuori dalla zona ztl ma vicino alla stazione, al Castello del Buonconsiglio e al centro storico. La struttura è molto pulita ma ci sarebbe bisogno di qualche piccola ristrutturazione, il personale estremamente gentile e accogliente,il letto King veramente comodo, la colazione buona, la tariffa interessante.Trento è una citta’ molto bella!!
