Abbiamo soggiornato una notte In parte all'hotel ci sono diversi negozi utili per gli acquisti dell'ultimo minuto La stanza è bella e il letto è davvero comodo Anche l'idea delle trapuntine singole per il matrimoniale, è bella La colazione è stata buona (nonostante il personale fosse MOLTO rumoroso per coordinare loro eventi della giornata) Ora le note dolenti Oltre al personale decisamente rumoroso, come ho già scritto, il bagno della camera è eccessivamente piccolo al punto che il bidet è quasi inutilizzabile La SPA è stata una DELUSIONE dato che la piscina era fredda, le vasche idromassaggio senza acqua, le saune e il bagno turco erano spenti, le docce caldo freddo erano intasate di calcare e quindi era impossibile regolare la temperatura, il percorso piedi Kneip era spento. UNA DELUSIONE TOTALE che abbiamo pagato in anticipo

Hatten ein Zimmer für zwei Personen gebucht, Handtücher etc. waren aber nur für eine Person vorhanden.
Hat das Personal an der Rezeption aber leider nicht interessiert.

Se volete andare a Trento cambiate hotel. Distante dalla città e piuttosto isolato, se volete mangiare dovete usare il loro ristorante o spendere almeno 20 euro di taxi. Le camere sono piccole e anonime. Nella nostra la doccia era bloccata e lo scarico intasato, si è allagato il bagno e, intervenuti a richiesta, si sono limitati a chiudere il rubinetto .Unica cosa accettabile la colazione, ricca di prodotti, essenziale il servizio.
