Good hotel and good value for money if you're looking for something near Madrid airport. The hotel has adequate services and cleanliness. I would stay there again if needed.

I go on business trips to Europe every month, and this hotel is on my list. It is very suitable for business travelers.

Upon arriving at the hotel, the staff was very friendly when giving us the room and explaining the services they had. Clean and comfortable room on the 1st floor. When we go down to have a snack they have a pretty good bar and cafeteria service and the facilities are modern. The only thing I would miss would be a mini fridge/minibar to chill drinks.

It doesn't seem right to me that they charge for parking if you are staying at the hotel. I paid 12.00 euros a night.

We booked a family room and upon arrival they want to charge us extra for each child to use the bed (when they put them on a sofa bed). It never happened to me. Parking is also paid. In general, a normal city hotel, well located but nothing more. Just highlight the kindness of the cleaners.
