Nefasto lugar hice una reserva por una aplicación y al llegar no me quisieron dar la habitación porque llevaba unas bolsas de papas y una huielera con refrescos, que segun por politicas del hotel no podian acces**** alimentos ajenos am lugar, no me regresaron mi dinero y nos corrieron a mi y a mi familia.

Apenas haciendo reservacion y ya con una pésima actitud. La verdad ya no queremos ir, si ya desde hacer la reservacion ha resultado tan complicado y la acritud del personal grosera, hasta regañados salimos. Mejor vaya. A otros hoteles, Cuerna está llena de lugares lindos.

El personal es atento.
Nos habían asignado una habitación que estaba en ese momento en remodelación así que al entrar y darnos cuenta, tuvimos que volver a recepción a pedir ayuda y nos reubicaron en otra habitación, amablemente.
No hay teléfono en las recámaras, lo que hizo que camináramos del edificio de habitaciones a recepción.
La tele nunca nos funcionó y como teníamos que volver a caminar para ir a recepción, mejor nos dimos por vencidos.
No hay aire acondicionado pero el ventilador sí ayuda para el calor.
La habitación es sencilla y sí le falta un poco de remodelación pero para nosotros cumplió con la función de descansar una noche previo a continuar viajando en carretera.

Había mucho ruido exterior, les pedí de favor que me cambiaran de habitación, me dijeron “es lo qué hay , si quieres te regreso tu dinero “ lo cual no era la solución porque era la 1 de la mañana . Después de discutir un rato, el personal del hotel me agredió físicamente y nos corrieron del hotel.
Entre 3 personas del hotel me golpearon. Pedí a ******* rembolso del dinero y dijeron que el hotel no lo autoriza.
Fue una situación bastante desagradable y ni el hotel ni ******* se hicieron responsable
