The worst hotels I have ever found in my life, not so much for the look, but for staff and management. We book for Easter 3 rooms of which 2 triple plus 3 culles and 1 single with dinner included, we arrive in the morning where a boy at the reception confirms that dinner was there despite all the scripts that Sunday was closed. At 19:00 we go down for dinner and nobody considers us, we wait almost 40 minutes and decide to address the girl in the reception who tells us that the restaurant is closed and that he couldn't give us anything because he had a broken machine, It's 20 minutes, the time we're looking for a Pascua restaurant for 11 people, the girl comes back and tells us that we could have dinned with appetites!?????!? With three children under two years I don't think I agree. We sleep in 4 beds in a double bed because the cock was not given us, a hell night, a ****** absurd. We went to breakfast in the morning where a family unknown to us complained because at 1 p.m. they were forced to change not one but two rooms. We are very unhappy and we ask for a refund, a refund refused by the holder with so many lies reported in a written mail. We were even accused of having enjoyed a bottle of unpaid water, I wonder where I could have taken it, because the refrigerator bar was not present in the rooms, and we were told that we were injured during breakfast, But we were not. Room with sea view, with a binocular! New but low furniture, going finishes, call it a stick! The worst thing, the very uncomfortable mattress and a great warm in the room that did not make us sleep. We go to breakfast: There was a very small breakfast room, so that the seats were hit one against the other food in the average but already insufficient at 9:00 a.m., we asked for cornets that after 30 minutes did not arrive Price I believe not The strong point is the parking and location, walking you can reach the center in a moment!

A wonderful place to stay in a most beautiful part of Italy. Our room had brilliant views over the lake. Perfectly comfortable and clean room. Outstanding staff always ready to do that little bit extra for guests, excellent food and generous breakfast buffet. You do need a car (or at least a bike) though to get into town.

It is worth visiting a small town for a day. The upper part of the city is part of the Venice City Defense Cultural Heritage. The hotel is in the city center, a very beautiful courtyard. The front desk English is very good and very nice. Breakfast is great too. The hotel also has a SPA that can experience 20 euros a person, but I didn't have enough time to go. 40 minutes to the north is the origin of bubble water San Pedro, where there are also hot springs. I'll give you five.

Stayed here for two nights. Had stayed before in the “old town” area of Bergamo which was lovely. This area would be considered “run down”. It’s a 5-10 minute walk to the main town for coffee shops, restaurants etc. Previous reviews commented how welcoming, friendly, helpful etc the reception staff were but I didn’t get that experience. Reception area is right inside the door so it can be crowded arriving and leaving with luggage, prams etc. Room was adequately spaced. Could have been given extra towels (three for a single room is basic), also needed a fridge and water glasses etc in the room. Floors could have been hoovered so make sure you wear slippers (not included in the room)! Didn’t include breakfast in my stay and glad I didn’t cos the selection looked limited. This hotel is fine for a short stay but perhaps look elsewhere if staying for longer.

This hotel are thieves, after booking me and my girlfriend to stay for three days (she’s not from Italy). when we presented at the Hotel Città Dei Mille for the check-in they told us that we need a “super green pass” (we’re vaccinated 2 doses and we had a negative PCR covid test) . They told us to access the Hotel Città Dei Mille you need to have the third dose, but the Hotel Città Dei Mille didn’t tell us this before coming neither the booking website it wasn’t written anywhere we checked many times in front of them. so we looked for another place to stay, when we asked for a reimbursement the Hotel Città Dei Mille said they don’t reimburse FOR NON PRESENTATION. Shame on you Hotel Città Dei Mille Bergamo Lombardia Italia, this not a good customer service at all if you have economic problems don’t take it from your client’s pocket. The reimbursement amount we asked for was just 200€ Have a nice day

Stayed at the Winter garden on a resent business trip and I attended a conference at the hotel. I stayed for 2 nights and I was with 2 other colleagues. The welcome at the front desk when we arrived was very good and the staff were very polite and spoke very good English. We ate in the restaurant on the first night and we were all very impressed first by the friendliness of the staff, we asked about local wines and our waiter recommended a very nice red. Second was the quality of the food everything was by perfect. Breakfast was served on the top floor there was indoor seating and also a nice area outside. There was a very good selection for breakfast and everything was very fresh. The conference facilities were very good and the coffee and pastries served when we took a break were very good At lunchtime we were served a very good buffet. The hotel very very clean and the rooms were nice and comfortable. I would have no hesitation in returning to this hotel if I’m ever in the area again.
