Quel séjour exceptionnel au sein de cet établissement à l'emplacement parfait. La chambre au confort douillet, le parc magnifique, le salon à la décoration soignée, la terrasse à la vue imprenable sur le lac du Bourget. Nous avons apprécié sans réserve la disponibilité, la prévenance, le professionnalisme de l'ensemble du personnel, du service d'étage au service au restaurant, en passant par une réception des plus agréable. Chaque demande est traitée avec un maximum de soin et d'attachement à la satisfaction du client. Le tout avec simplicité et convivialité, dans un parfait équilibre. Et que dire du restaurant, à la cuisine si incroyable qu'elle offre un voyage gustatif riche en émotions: saveurs délicates, associations percutantes, le repas se vit comme un grand huit. Un vrai plaisir de pouvoir féliciter, et surtout remercier le chef Antoine CEVOZ sur le fil du départ, pour ce moment d'exception que nous avons eu le plaisir, et le privilège de vivre. Nous reviendrons avec un immense plaisir passer un séjour au sein de cet établissement, dans lequel l'élégance est portée par chacun, avec discrétion et délicatesse.

We had a great time. Top notch welcome, especially the hostesses Lucie and Christelle who took great care of us. Breakfast is great. The setting is magical. The hotel is very well equipped to allow you to recharge your batteries. I can not wait to return to. Thanks again to the entire incomparable team.

Hotel with magnificent views, with infrastructure worthy of a luxury hotel. For the rest, my experience is very, very mixed, and the price charged does not reflect the quality of a 5 star. No help unloading luggage, the hotel is very poorly soundproofed (very complicated night with a room with 4 young men who party all evening), breakfast very good but very light, you have to eat in your room if you does not want to dine at the gourmet restaurant (or at the end of the terrace with a 15 month old child) ultra chlorinated spa, no restocking in the room (coffee, juice....).... the list is long for a hotel 5 stars. I will not return and I do not recommend the hotel given the prices, despite the excellent view. Priority is given to the restaurant, even though it is a hotel restaurant. Serving 37 seats on a Saturday evening in a Michelin-starred restaurant with so few staff seems complicated to me. Finally, a little advice, don't forget your things, we won't give them back to you.

Magnificent hotel with a splendid view. The overall experience was very pleasant. the superb bedding, the comfort of the room, the spa, especially the outdoor jacuzzi... a timeless moment in an incredible setting. However, I would note the lack of privacy (room overlooking the restaurant terrace, and only opaque curtains were present so no possibility during the day to draw transparent curtains for example to have a little more privacy and not see the neighbor in the next room). Breakfast also disappointing. Poor quality products (slices of industrial cheese such as Emmental and slices of horrible turkey breast...), frozen pastries, fruit salad present every other morning, like the pancakes which were present one morning but not the second... The restaurant was also a great discovery, a walk around the lake and the region with a nice emphasis on local products, roots, pickings etc. Some daring dishes, others tedious. Attentive service in an a**osphere that is, however, too formal for our taste. It’s a free and relaxed cuisine. We would therefore have appreciated a service that reflected its image. Special mention to the celery risotto / abundance / quail egg & wild garlic. We also enjoyed finishing with a very fresh and tangy note. THANKS !
