Hotels Near Church of Saint Nicolò in Treviso

I cannot recommend this hotel at all. They do not take their customers seriously and they are happy to sell a product they do not have. Explanation: We had booked the hotel for a single day. We booked it because they advertised their SPA / Pool area which looked great, but when we arrived in the afternoon the whole area was closed down, big disappoin**ent when you have been driving for a long time and just needed to relax. There was a sign at the check-in counter that the pool will be closed on the 6/8, but we arrived the day before and it was closed. Nothing was written in the confirmation mail from them. If so we would have canelled and found another hotel. In addition to this huge minus which they will not refund, there were other problems with the hotel: • Could not get hot water for the bathtub, so we could not enjoy that either. • An air conditioner that can only go down to 22 degrees, is not comfortable when you have to sleep. • On the other hand, it was so cold in their restaurant in the morning that you froze while sitting there. • The breakfast was terrible. Day-old bread, half-rotten fruit, bacon that was either not fried or it was burnt. • For lunch we could only choose one dish from their menu which otherwise looked delicious - on paper. Normally I do not write bad reviews, but the hotel has been contacted several times and will not give any form of compensation nor do the take any responsibility at all, therefore I have chosen to describe my experience. I also met 2 others at the hotel the day we were there and they had the same experience.

Always friendly and available, clean rooms and the environment transfers tranquility, easy to reach and out of traffic, courteous and available employees, i.e. you can do not less than one weekend. I always recommend,

”Ho recentemente soggiornato all'hotel Una 'Le Terrazze' di Villorba e vorrei condividere la mia esperienza. Innanzitutto, devo elogiare lo staff dell'hotel, che merita un 10 pieno. In particolare, il ragazzo che mi ha fatto il check-in è stato eccezionale. La struttura ha diversi punti di forza: la pulizia delle camere è impeccabile, c'è un ampio parcheggio a disposizione degli ospiti, e la colazione è ottima, offrendo una vasta scelta di opzioni gustose. Tuttavia, ci sono alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati: 1. Il sistema di aria condizionata nelle camere è un po' datato e non permette di regolare la ventola. Questo ha causato problemi di rumore che hanno disturbato il mio sonno. 2. L'asciugacapelli in bagno non ha una potenza sufficiente per un'asciugatura efficace. 3. L'assenza di un servizio in camera o di un ristorante interno limita le opzioni per i pasti, soprattutto per chi soggiorna per motivi di lavoro o preferisce la comodità di mangiare in hotel. Nonostante questi punti, il mio giudizio complessivo è positivo. Spero che la direzione possa considerare questi feedback non come critiche negative, ma come opportunità di miglioramento per rendere l'esperienza degli ospiti ancora migliore in futuro.”

Pacchetto ”Fuga romantica” già utilizzato anni fà stavolta però camera standard abbastanza malandata (niente cassaforte, lampada bagno bruciata, lampada sul letto staccata) la volta precedente era vista lago; zona wellness a pagamento la volta precedente era compresa, massaggio THAI sempre spettacolare e rilassante, cena THAI con tempi lunghissimi pur non essendoci una grande affluenza (1 antipasto, 1 primo, 1 secondo) ”2 ore” il caffè l'ho preso al banco per stanchezza. Peccato il posto è sempre spettacolare e la struttura magnifica anche se mostra i primi segni del tempo

We have stayed there for 5 nights. Room was dated, looked like time has stopped there in the 90s and cleanliness level was average as well. The staff were kind and helpful in general but their service quality should be better, they didn't clean the stain on the floor for 2 days and the last day we even ran out of toilet paper which shouldn't have had happend even in a 2 star hotel... There was working A/C and a small fridge which was a plus. Breakfast was good, however some products had gone fast like cheese or ham and we had to wait for a while till they bring more. The biggest pros were location, hotel is just a few steps from train station from where you can get to Venice Santa Lucia station in approx. 25 min and reasonable price.

We are a couple, stayed in this hotel for one night before we had to leave Italy by plane taking off from Marco Polo air port in Venice. It was a very nice hotel, it was very clean, comfortable and modern. Our room was very quiet, clean, spacious, comfortable and beautiful, with modern furniture in very good condition, with very good and beautiful bathroom with shower. The hotel is located in the middle of a beautiful park and our room had a nice balcony overlooking the park. The hotel has free parking with plenty of parking space. The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. The only negative experience was unstable Internet in our room. We connected to the WIFI, but the Internet was unstable, it worked part of the time, but from time to time it did not work. I hope it was a temporary issue, and if not, it is an issue for the hotel's staff to take care off. Overall we liked this hotel very much and consider staying in it for longer period next time we visit Venice.

We chose because airport transfer is free. It is very convenient because there is a supermarket just a short walk away. The room is relatively large, functional and easy to use. The lobby is also nice, but it is a pity that the Chinese occupy the lobby. There are quite a few from the airport. In the case of pick-up, ask the hotel by e-mail in advance.

I have just returned home from my holiday in Italy. This hotel was was one of my stops and I like to share my experience. All of the staff at this Crowne Plaza were incredible and helpful. Without doubt one of friendliest staff! Upon arrival a female receptionist welcomed us friendly in good understandable englisch: She answered our questions, gives us a city map and explained us the facilities. The Restaurant manager and his team were extremely friendly and very flexible (appreciated this!). The waiters were so kind and were fulfilling all extra requests. At the end, and upon Checkout, I was pleased to meet the General Manager. I appreciated her way to provide a good leadership and how is she supporting the guest service department. Note, this is not a 4 stars hotel. I would like to add the 5th star because of the good staff. The atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to us. All respect for you because you did a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality! Already planning my next visit to the hotel! In Love!

The room was small for 4 people Still neat and tidy Breakfast was also good. Mestre Square is also close by. It's also good to go to the main island of Venice.
