The floor was greasy

Front staff was horrible. It took me over 30 minutes just to check in. They wouldnt answer the window (yes its a window if you check in in the evening and not the front door). The girl just slamed the door in my face and wouldnt let me check in at the front counter. No heat working in the room when its 35 degrees outside when I first arrived. I had to spend 20 minutes playing around with the thermometer before the room slowly began to warm up enough just to sleep.

Customer service is bad. The front desk treated people like garbage no welcome at all

Spectrum Was doing Maintenance all day and I. Was uncomfortable to leave cause my door wasn’t closed all the way so I couldn’t sleep comfortably between the noise and door it. Plus it took from8 til12

I liked that it was cheap. I did not like the cockroach on the bathroom wall I killed just as soon as I entered the room.

It's not fancy, but that shows in the price you pay.

I didn't get any hand towels when I turned in my dirty hand towels. I couldn't find the desk clerk at checkout. I did like the location and how accessible shopping and restaurants was. Everything was within walking distance and convenient.
