The only issue that I had was when I checked in the clerk did not tell me that I needed to use a parking pass. It was given to me in a folder but she didn't say anything and therefore I did not know and didn't place it on my car. My car was towed and I have to pay $335 to get my car. I am a senior citizen and this really hurt my finances.

I called their 1800# to make a last minute reservation, which they gladly took at 1130pm and my check in wouldn’t be til 1am, I waited outside for an attendant til 2am.. I tried the phone posted outside the office which transferred me to the 1800#.. I felt very unsafe waiting outside the office in a poorly lit parking lot.. I gave up at 2am and went elsewhere.. be very careful about this location

This was the worst hotel that I’ve stayed in in a very long time. We arrived at 12 noon to no one at the desk until 12:30pm. We were told that the receptionist had gone to lunch. When she came back, we were told that we could not check in until 3pm. We left and returned at around 3:30pm. The new receptionist was very nice, but he was the only one there and many people were trying to check in for graduation weekend. We had reserved 2 rooms and when we went to 1 of them, it was completely dirty. He did some maneuvering and found us another one. The second room’s toilet didn’t work and the fire alarm had no battery so it kept beeping. The receptionist came with a plunger to attempt to get the toilet working, but it didn’t, and he gave us a battery and I climbed on the bed and changed it. Half of the light bulbs in the room did not work and the carpets were severely stained and smelled like urine. Honestly, had we had another option, we would have left, but the area was totally booked because of graduations. This hotel should be demolished.

Hello I was at a difficult point in my life and to top it off an emergency occurred. If it weren’t for Queen which is an employee there I probably would have honestly had a breakdown. She is like no other hotel employee I’ve interacted with. She was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and caring. And gave a great representation of what good customer service stands for. Thanks again Queen you gave Extended Stay a great name and review. Oh and I will be coming back.

Horrific. Filthy room in poor repair, unliveable smoke, sewage and dope odors, ads are misleading and untruthful. $35 hold on your card for damages/incidentals is a joke. They should pay me that for managing to stay one night. A/C thermostat was incorrect. Room key card was troublesome. Bedside clock inoperative. Multiple burns, stains and Cheeto cracker on carpet. No hair dryer. No tub stopper. Dirty shower curtain. Sticky stain on bedside table. Hair and stains on towel. Hair clippings on bathroom counter and nasty crud around faucet. No duvet/bedcover, just blanket and sheets. Debris in refrigerator. Cracked and damaged trim and paintwork. On the other hand, TV worked well. I have pictures for all the above and hold no grudge against them, but I chose this property from online ratings and THEY NEED TO BE REAL!!!

This isn't a very good hotel. The room was small but in decent enough shape. Outside was far worse. Trash and cigarette butts were strewn everywhere on the oil-stained parking lot. They don't keep pots and pans, plates, utensils, anything that an extended-stay room should have, in the room. It took two tries to eventually get what I needed. My room had only two hangers, and the desk clerk refused or was unable to provide more. The small continental breakfast buffet was supposed to be available til 9:30 daily. Two days in my 7-day stay it was gone when I went in for breakfast at 9:15 - 9:20. Once the lady did bring out some items, the second time I didn't bother. The first room they tried to give me stank of cigarette smoke. They know this, or at least should have known, but tried to give me the room anyway. The second room was better. Overall, it's not a very good hotel, but at least it's cheap. And it is easy to find, right off I-40. I suppose you get what you pay for.

Arrived late to hotel at 1230 AM with reservation. Ran into a situation never before encountered anytime in my travel experiences. The front door was locked, and no desk clerk could be seen at the front desk from my sideways view. Knocking and knocking, while standing outside in the 30 degree weather- no answer ! After five minutes, started looking around. Way off the the side mounted on the exterior wall was a gray plastic call box. It actually looked like an emergency call box. Above the box was a non prominent sign stating “After hours call for check in”. Pressed zero, andwas connected with the national reservation center somewhere in India. The rep stated; “Yes sir, we will contact someone there”. After a few minutes, a desk clerk in a plain tee shirt leaned out from behind the counter. She probably was there in the back the whole time and ignoring me. I held up my reservation sheet, and she just looked at me. Never waved me in or anything. Never heard the door buzz or click. Spoke again with the same rep, and he stated, yes sir, she will let you in. Finally, she waves me in. Never really made an effort to try and see why I am standing outside for 10 mins in the 30 degree weather. Well now the fun begins. It took about 20 minutes for her to process me in. All my info was in the computer. All she needed was a credit card for incidentals and issue me a key. I After 15 minutes, I exclaimed what in God's name is taking so long? She stated, “oh, the company internet is slow”. Absolutely maddening. Room was ok – typical 2 star room. No hair dryer. Note on desk stating room only will be cleaned once a week. If linens or soap desired, etc, see front desk. TV selection very good, and wifi speed satisfactory. Came down to the front desk in the AM for a coffee maker, and viola. Waited 15 mins for a desk clerk to show up. Desk clerk AWOL yet again. Nothing around the hotel. A gas station and a Hardees. Whoopee! Oh – one more thing, As a final act of this hotel's unending aggravation , tonight the desk clerk ignores calls to desk. Very endearing. Have a joyous stay !
