Holiday Inn Leeds - Bradford

Staff are helpful, breakfasts service was excellent.

We're a family of 4. We booked into this hotel for 4 weeks as we were waiting to relocate to the South. Our stay was faultless. The room was huge, the hotel is clean and located in a beautiful village with a garden centre and picturesque walks on their doorstep. The best thing about the hotel was the staff. Always greeted us with a smile and were very flexible with our requests. We were apprehensive prior to arrival given some of the negative reviews but having stayed there for so long, i can't agree with them. We will definitely return when we're in Yorkshire. Thank you all again and I hope you all enjoyed the chocolates and card we left behind.

I went with Caledonian for one night and the hotel experience was not great at all. The Hotel looks nice upon arrival but the rooms are practically falling apart. The shower was chipped and the taps were hard to rotate, not to mention the "lock" on the door doesn't work. The tiles chipped whilst in the shower itself and you can see that it needs redone, silicone pushed into the cracks to hide them but it's clearly visible and peeling. The hot water also does not work consistently. Beds were nice but you can hear everything your neighbour does, especially if located next to a busy room like I was. The Dinner was horrible, had a choice of a 3 course meal. Soup was nice although for the buns you get a small uncooked piece of bread and the burger with fries was stale and burger was soggy. Person across from me got burnt garlic bread. The fries did not have any potato in them and when I broke them they were hollow. The cake was stale and dry, safe to say the buffet breakfast was better disregarding the dirty cups. I do think there is potential for the hotel but the food and rooms desperately need to be redone and I won't be returning voluntarily. One positive is that the staff were friendly. I have added some photos of the food and bathroom, but there was much more wrong.

Very dated hotel, room was huge but dirty and definitely in need of a refurb. Breakfast was bad, coach party had been in before us and the place was carnage. We went for breakfast at 9am, it was up to 10.30! Nothing left and organisation was terrible. Will not be back

Lovely hotel for the price but does need updating in the rooms, sink was cracked and hot water took ages to heat up, beds were comfy but food and service needs an overhaul as it was very slow and staff need more training , everything Inc breakfast came out in bits, menu wasn't complete as we found other things were available after we ordered and the service was very slow and staff at dinner last night seemed overwhelmed but I think training would definitely help , would recommend to stay but changes do need to be made !

Fantastic stay the staff were amazing really polite and freindly, hotel was warm and cozy very clean rooms. Rooms were big compared to normal hotel rooms. Staff made the stay very easy and spoke to us and made us feel welcome

Good hotel , rooms are newly done that I’ve stayed in , good bar, good curry in restaurant but could have been served with a plate so I could eat chips easier. Good location for me, a nice pub down the road 5 mins walk , 10 minutes to a curry house at the top of road and also the choice to stay in. Breakfast is poor with funny beef sausages and turkey bacon, a bit gross. The rest of it is ok but if you like a traditional breakfast it’s a little away from it but an adequate choice of fruit and toast if you prefer. All in all good!

Fantastic service and room. Room was very spacious with an amazing view! Evening food was very good too. Breakast very poor, was 20 minutes late serving and that includes a drink!
