Clean and well located hotel, but uncomfortable bed, poor pillows and no towels available...

One night stay, with two dogs, in a room with shower, sink and toilet. Weekdays (Wednesday to Thursday). The room is very clean and very pleasant. The shower and toilets are also very clean. The only problem: the bed that creaks and wakes me up as soon as I turn around at night. A little passage in the corridors (very little, I am in a room at the end of the corridor, near the emergency exit), a few outbursts in the middle of the night which make my dog ​​growl. I still slept well! A small problem is coming across men in towels or boxers when they come out of the showers. Gentlemen, I don't want you to impose this view on hotel guests. Plus, a few smokers in the corridors or stairs: are only the rooms non-smoking? Not the common areas? As an ex-smoker, I have a little trouble with the smell of tobacco... Otherwise, the woman at reception on the evening of 6/09/23 was very pleasant. I must also add that being a single woman, in a hotel full of workers, who keep their windows on the ground floor open (it was very hot, even in the evening), and who easily hail in broken French , it can be scary. But they weren't pushy. A special mention for the kitty at reception, very cute, and our apologies: my dogs are voracious and could not resist the lure of the cat food in the entrance... Sorry again!
