An absolutely terrible experience! In the morning, we spontaneously decided to go snorkeling at Pigeon Island. I had previously asked the front desk about the price, and they quoted $130 USD (884 RMB) for the boat, plus an additional 18,000 LKR (360 RMB) for tickets, totaling over 1200 RMB. However, just before the boat departed, they charged us 28,000 LKR for tickets, bringing the total to nearly 1500 RMB (1444 RMB). Six of us went to the island on one boat, and we all followed the same guide, with no premium service whatsoever. On the way back, we asked our driver, and he said an all-inclusive private boat, including photo equipment, would cost $140 USD (950 RMB). So, we ended up paying at least double the actual price. We returned to the hotel at noon, planning to rest until our 3 PM checkout. I called to inquire about it, and they initially said it was fine. But five minutes later, they called back to say it wasn't, and we'd have to pay extra for a late checkout. After using their snorkeling service, they didn't even give us time to catch our breath; they rushed us out, even sending someone to hurry us along, standing at the door waiting, and making countless calls to get us to pack up quickly. As for the hotel environment, most of the rooms on the first floor were very damp, and the overall environment was quite mediocre. There wasn't even anyone on the beach to provide towels. It was also incredibly noisy at night.

This was a luxurious vacation! The hotel exceeded all expectations! A private villa with a pool, a beautiful clean beach, and stunning grounds! The staff were exceptional!!! The breakfasts were excellent!!! There's so much greenery at the hotel and plenty of fantastic photo spots. Highly recommend!

Thanks to the staff for a fantastic five days at this hotel! Everything was perfect – quick check-in, high-quality cleaning twice a day, breakfast (depending on the number of guests, there was a buffet or a la carte breakfast), a comfortable room, and a great beach.

Wonderful hotel! Clean, maid service twice a day, amazing breakfasts, green and clean grounds, sandy and clean beach, sun loungers under the palm trees. The staff is amazing, it's like they were just waiting for you. The rooms are very comfortable. We loved everything, we'll be back, guys! You're the best!

The location is very convenient, right on the beach. The sunrise can be seen directly from the hotel and it’s beautiful! The service attitude is perfect 💯, but the facilities are not perfect enough, it is a new hotel. Suitable for vacation 🏖️
