Spacious apartment, perfect location next to the beautiful beach of Nilaveli. Several restaurants and activity centers close by. We loved it!

We stayed for 2 nights, the hotel is located on the ocean shore, has its own clean beach, the water is clear. The room is large, the view is beautiful. The staff is very friendly. The downsides were that there were no toiletries, the music center did not work, the door in the kitchen cabinet was broken, there was toilet paper left, there was no new roll. But the beautiful view from the window makes up for all the shortcomings of the room.

The website said there was a laundry service, so I planned to use it, but when I asked at the front desk, they told me to look it up online and have them come and collect it. Also, there was a shower with no hot water, so they fixed it during my stay.

This is a great choice in Trincomalee. The hotel has a private beach with stunning views. You can also cook your own meals. We bought fresh shrimp and fish and cooked them ourselves. The best part is that after going out to sea to see dolphins, the boatman took us directly back to the hotel! I will come again next time!

Amazing place, feel like home, staff was super friendly, you can get ur food delivered to ur apartment and eat and relax with ur family and friends, only thing we say don't leave bags open on the floor lot of red ants got in to the bags, but no one got bitten, its normal in hot countryside to have lot of ants, very clean place, all the things you need, cooker, washing machine, pool and walking distance to the beach, and you can see the pigeons island from ur room

Recently i visited Ocean Condos Villa Nilaveli with my husband and two friends and we had a great time there. Also the rooms are very clean and nice with good views. Worth for the price too. Special thanks to Mr. Roy GM and Sales Manager Tryan for the quick response and friendliness. Also the front desk Roshan and all the other staff members were really nice people and very helpful throughout our stay.

First the pros: Beach was amazing Our apartment was fine and worked well for us. They were nice and spacious. Location to the beach and beachfront restaurants.: Cons Pool area was inadequate. Not enough sunbeds. Restaurant wasn't really a restaurant. Customer service was fine but not to the level it should be. Bar area was uninviting To summarize- yes it's right on the beach which was lovely, but the pool area wasn't great and the service was not what it should be.
