This is a small hotel, our group filled it completely. The room was OK. Since the temperature was nice, we turned off the air and opened two small panels in the top of the wooded window shutter. If there was a safe in the room I couldn't find it. The shower worked quite adequately, but the hot water had to be on for several minutes to get hot. The markings were confusing on the controls and several people in our group complained about no hot water but I think they had the control set to cold rather than hot. The location is good, walking distance to everything. Breakfast was limited but adequate and little different from what we cook at home for ourselves, eggs and toast and some fruit. They will also make an omelet or a grilled ham and cheese if you ask. The coffee was good, and the small nature of the hotel meant that it was easy to get a refill. The power in Trinidad goes out frequently, the hotel has a backup generator that kicks in after a few seconds. It is a bit noisy but better than no power. The Wifi disconnects frequently, so you need to reconnect about every 5 minutes

Very well located, clean. Cute and pleasant. Good breakfast, the employees were pleasant and gave advice. It has a small pool but it did not have water. We had difficulty with the key that was decoded all the time.

We were not lucky and the experience was average. The situation is very good. Next to the Iberostar and going out area. The hotel is small and has a patio that has a small pool (very small). Very nice entrance typical of the area where the reception and breakfast area is located and access to rooms by stairs (if you have a large suitcase you will have to climb them...). The hotel in general had been recently painted and its furniture varnished and the rooms were very smelly, making it difficult to even fall asleep. The power went out between 10:00 p.m. and 12:30 p.m., leaving us without air conditioning. It was so hot and humid that we slept in a puddle of sweat 🥵 in the beds. When the power came back on, the A/C is a split type, so we were a bit cold. You can hear the noise of the city's parties and clubs that shut down at 00:00. And you will hear some of the movement of guests since the windows and doors open onto a corridor over the patio itself. At 5:30 a.m. the rooster or roosters that are nearby will say good morning to you 😅. Anyway, bad luck, we wouldn't go back

4 star hotel in Trinidad which has a very pretty historic center Comfortable spacious room. WIFI connection . Borderline cleanliness. Small swimming pool, very pleasant in the morning or at the end of the day. Limited breakfast for a 4 star. Unwelcoming staff.

This hotel had only luke warm water, a non-working safe, and a non-working refrigerator. The first two were true for all rooms. (Our group occupied all of the hotel's rooms.) The refrigerator may only have been in room 201.

Adequate, small, quaint hotel, good for our two night stay. My husband and I went on a 10 day, People to People Tour of Cuba and stayed, while in Trinidad. Our room was okay, nothing to write home about. Probably, one of the best available in this Unesco city. Safety deposit box did not work. We inquired and management said that all the safety deposit boxes were not working. Small pool, which we did not have time to use. Wifi worked for a few hours and had to be reconnected frequently. Again, very "normal" in Cuba. Breakfast was mediocre. Eggs and more eggs, some toast, and good coffee ( I ordered capuccino). Electric power was out several times during our stay. Generator took over after a few minutes. We understood that this was "normal" in most of Cuba. No complaints. Overall, adequate stay.

A classic colonial style hotel. Friendly and nice. Not far from the main square. The rooms are clean with decent sanitary facilities. Since we were traveling with a group, only one night was possible. The small pool is clean and good for cooling off.
