There was 3 of us, my husband, myself, and our 11 year old. The booking said it accommodated 3, it did not. Had a queen bed & a love seat. We left a day early on my birthday due to it. They said they could upgrade us for another $117 a night so we declined. Would have picked somewhere else if we knew. Also the hot tub in the picture is only if you get that cabin, not for everyone.

We stayed here two nights on a two-week trip around Northern California and this was one of our favorite places to stay. We had a king bed/fireplace cottage, and it was perfect. Great size, super clean, mini-kitchen, large bathroom, comfy bed and sheets, living room with couch and fireplace. It was colder and rainy while we were there, so we enjoyed the fireplace more than the cute little porch, but in nicer weather the porch would be so relaxing to sit on. Breakfast was included (you ordered in the morning and they delivered it at night), plenty of food available (coffee, juice, yogurt, bagels, fruit, granola bars, oatmeal packets, etc). Would highly recommend this as a place to stay while hiking or visiting the Redwoods. We enjoyed Sue-meg State Park right down the road, and visited several Redwood hikes, even as far up as Crescent City.

Called ahead letting them know I was going to arrive super late into the night and they went above and beyond by turning on the heater in my room so when I arrived, everything was nice and warm.

Such a pretty spot. It had everything we could have needed. Having dishes, silverware etc., was great. The staff were so friendly, and the little breakfast they packed up was so nice.

The staff was understanding in our having a late check-in after driving through some nasty weather north of the location.
The cabin was clean, had everything we needed for plates and silverware to have a late meal, the shower was hot, and the bed was comfortable.
We were given a sheet with lots of recommendations of where to explore! The only downside to this was we were traveling in the opposite direction of where a lot of the trails were. But we took advantage of the Trinidad State Beach and got a stunning view of the ocean!

Easy checkin. Clean and cute room. Great shower!!! Very close driving proximity to awe inspiring coast line/trails/beach walking.
