hot water geyser wasn't working in the room. nevertheless they provided hot water in buckets on both the days.

I stayed 3 nights at royal county. Was on a pilgrimage trip. Hotel is small with not much croud. The main issue i faced was extremely sluggish response for any requirement. Be it related to plumber or housekeeping. Reception team ok but each time they regretted as admitted that they don't have sufficient ***power. Hot water was not available on last 2 days and i had to take cold bath at 4 am both these days. Extremely low pressure water comes from washbasin. In my opinion is that nm county cannot be rated as 4 star hotel. 3. 1 - 3. 2 rating is ok
