Simple room, it lacked cleaning, especially the very dirty bedspread (we had to remove it from the bed to sleep), room lights half out, poor breakfast and very poor quality (rotten fruit, dry-looking sausage...), in summary, I would not repeat

We went for a couple of nights to visit León, and it was perfect. The girl who helped us to give us the keys was super nice, she explained to us that there is a bus stop next door, or how the different parking areas in León work. It takes less than 10 minutes to get to the cathedral. The room is good, the mattress could be improved but for a couple of nights it was very good. We had to stay in an annex of the hotel, not in the main building. They are the basement of another building nearby, so the security window does not open completely, only swinging. Breakfast is a buffet, the coffee is good, but without problems, and then various cold cuts, croissants, juice, yogurts... In general, very good.

Good hotel to spend a night on the outskirts of Leon, reasonable price, decent room. Normally you have a place right in front of the hotel to leave your car. some rooms with a large balcony which is appreciated

Great welcome from the receptionist as we arrived and was incredibly helpful with check in and advising us on getting a bus into Leon. Supermarket just over the plaza is very good too.

They misplaced my reservation so there was some trouble checking in(I booked it late in the day, and the waitress who was also looking after the front desk didn’t know where to find my reservation info). However the hotel manager who showed up later was super friendly and helpful.

We arrived at the hotel, we were happy it was clean and well maintained, but we quickly became disillusioned when we arrived in the room. 35 outside, no air conditioning, a simple fan and what was our mistake in wanting to open the window in the night, very busy road just below the hotel, group of people making noise until 2 a.m. and for crowning the whole watering of the city which starts up and bangs on the tables and chairs of the bar downstairs. Bedding as uncomfortable as possible, you can feel all the springs of the mattress, the bed makes a phenomenal noise as soon as you move a little.
