Perfect hotel for an overnight stay before catching a flight. Literally 6 minutes from the Split Airport. Also just a 20 minute walk to the old town. Free parking right by the rooms appreciated.

This was a very last minute purchase following the cancellation of our flight. It is very close to the air port, so there is some plane noise but no overnight flights. Our room (212) was tiny but very clean and had everything needed for a o/night stay. The AC was quite loud but effective - and the noise helped drown out the couple arguing next door! Breakfast was a good spread, eaten on a shady pleasant terrace. The hotel is on the side of a busy road so there is road noise when eating but it was fine. The staff are friendly and helpful. There’s a really nice looking pool although we didn’t use it. We stayed for lunch too, and that was also very good.
All in all recommended for a flop and drop. I don’t know what’s around here and having no transport or time to explore I can’t comment on what a longer stay might be like.

We chose this hotel because we had an early flight and it was only a 4 minute drive. The hotel was super clean and the staff was very friendly. We ate our meals in their restaurant and the food was excellent.

As soon as we arrived, we were particularly poorly received by the owners under the guise that they did not accept dogs contrary to the instructions on the site (which they was quick to change a few minutes after our arrival). Especially since they wanted to charge us €50 for the dogs (indicated as free) to "pay the cleaning lady". Probably the latter does the rest of the cleaning voluntarily. Fortunately Hôtel.com was very responsive and attentive and was able to negotiate for us with the hotelier so that we could stay without charge for our dogs (no other hotel available at this time). Furthermore, misleading photos (you will not stay in the beautiful building in the photos), sign indicating 3* but hotel not even worthy of their 2*. The neighbor's toilet flush and pipes make so much noise that you have to pray no one uses them at night. Bedding hard like concrete. Cleanliness ok but not perfect and it seems the hotel only makes the bed for half of the guests in the room
(not to mention the stains on the poor quality sheets). A positive point nevertheless: the possibility of walking to the old town (allow 30 minutes). Buffet breakfast OK but not necessarily stocked after 9:30. Hotel located on the edge of a busy road with parking on the other side, dangerous. In conclusion, we will not return, with or without a dog and we advise you to choose another establishment.

It is personal preference but the mattresses were really hard. Other than that clean and friendly, honestly if I needed a quick in and out from the SPU airport again, I'd stay here.
