We stayed at this hotel because the nearby spa facility THE WELL was fully booked. Overall, the hotel was well-cleaned and gave the impression that it was a new hotel.
The breakfast buffet is also standard and I have no complaints.
Although the disadvantage for general tourists is that it is far from the center of Oslo city, I think it is a good option if you are sightseeing in the southeast side of Oslo city.

Overall we had a good stay, but the sofa bed was terrible and made the night quite uncomfortable for two of us. We stayed with 4 on a family room The room itself, the service and breakfast was great.

Det første som møtte oss når vi sjekket ut var ei som ikke hadde den beste dagen på jobben, greit nok det men når vi så finner rommene og den umiskjennelige innestengte lukta treffer nesen samtidig som man legger merke til at rommet er støvete blir opplevelsen heller dårlig. Rommet opplevdes som skittent og dårlig vedlikeholdt. Frokosten var heller ikke innertier, fant skitne tallerkner og kaffekopper. Baren var ikke bemannet og vi måtte selv oppsøke den tidligere nevnte resepsjonen for å få handlet. Jevnt over sitter vi igjen med et svært dårlig inntrykk - det virket som om hotellet var i dvale og istedenfor å bruke tiden på renhold og vedlikehold gjalt det å spare mest mulig.

Hotel situado a unos 35 minutos del centro de Oslo en autobús. Parada cerca del hotel. Aislado, tranquilo, instalaciones normales. Buen desayuno. Tuvimos la incidencia de una avería de los ascensores que por la tardanza en resolver resultó una incomodidad.

Har bodd her før og hotellet er bra det. God standard, bra renhold og bra frokost. Gode parkeringsmuligheter. Men noe negativt må jeg påpeke. Renholdet på badet var ikke bra nok. Senga på rom 339 har utslitt madrass med en bunn som knirker når man snur seg. Jeg forstår at hoteller i bystrøk tar betalt for parkering for å slippe "snyltere", men at det hotell som ligger såpass alene må ta 150 kr/døgn er for dumt.
