I requested for sea view but upon check in I was given a room facing a dark alley it’s horrible it’s my first time to Tromso. I went back to reception and paid a fee to upgrade to sea view room number 513. This room was breathtaking I enjoyed the night and morning view so much. A bit noisy coming from passerby due to the slippery walkway in front of hotel. The Pust access is located right in front of hotel. Hotel serves tea time and dinner as well.

Hotel is in a great location right on the harbor and inside very neat and clean - only from the outside does it look a bit worn and dirty (gull droppings). There is coffee and tea as well as water all day and food (cakes and a very good dinner) included. We would come back anytime!
