The kitchen light didn't work at first. It was repaired after the second notification. The kitchen fittings were a bit worn. The kitchen fittings were OK, everything we needed was there. Nice service, who asked if we needed fresh towels in the middle of our stay. The sink in the bathroom wasn't sealed. The previous tenant's long hair was hanging on the wall in the shower. The apartment was also a bit noisy. Luckily we only had someone else staying on the last night. You can get to the pedestrian zone and the center very quickly. Parking for cars is around 20 euros per day, but you have to book because you're not allowed to park on the street.

The room was clean, compact, and fine for our needs. Two single beds, shower, hairdryer, TV (which we didn't use) and a small, but well equipped, kitchen area (microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, nespresso machine with some pods, dishwasher, oven with hobs (which we didn't use). It's not cheap - but what is in Tromso! The staff were friendly. It's conveniently central.

Great apartment for visiting Tromsø, close to restaurants, shops and bars. The aparment was clean and offered everything we needed for our stay in Tromsø (full kitchen, WIFI, big bathroom and a waching machine). Perfect for two couples or a family. We experienced a high level of service from Enter Amalie Hotel who organized our stay (late check-out and parking).

It was clean and comfortable and very central.
The electricity supply was a bit odd with not many sockets for appliances. The kitchen was also a bit worn. There is only an outside staircase and 5 steps down into the bedroom. The bathroom is on the upper floor off the living room. Also this was nothing like the advert we clicked on.

Easy check in at Hotel Viking. We were helped with our bags to our apartment. We did not yet have our snow boots on and had to trudge through a snowy alley. The apartment itself was adequate. Clean but tired (see photos) washer but no dryer (difficult to air dry in cold weather). No dishwasher. Bathroom small but again clean. There was a soap dispenser in the shower but no obvious shampoo (maybe soap was to be used for both?) Would have been nice to have a welcome coffee/ tea package. There was coffee and tea always available at the Viking hotel next door (which is the hotel where you check in) Beds were very comfortable. If you want to use the gym it is several blocks away. No sauna. The staff at hotel (Gustav) was very helpful when we could not get a taxi. He called and when they said none was available he walked us several blocks to the bus and helped us get the app. He even helped with bags. Very much appreciated.
