The staff were friendly and welcoming and happy to help with advice about Trondheim. The room was large and comfortable and an extra heater was provided as it ws very cold outside. The breakfast was amazingly good - a cooked breakfast and a cold buffet - I am now addicted to Brie with peppercorns in it! And at 5pm there is a DIY waffle bar, to make as many as you want. Not good for my waistline, but delicious after walking around Trondheim in the snow.

Hotellet var svært kaldt, og rommet var mørkt og lite trivelig. Det trakk mye fra vinduene, og selv om ovnen stod på max, var rommet knapt varmet opp. To dyner var nødvendig for å holde varmen.
Sengene var gode.
Frokosten var helt ok, veldig god eggerøre, men den var som oftest kald ved servering.
Hotellet virket generelt gammelt og slitt, og har et stort behov for oppussing.
