Beautiful Hotel centrally located in shopping / restaurant district. Nicely decorated, nice room with all the trimmings. Extensive breakfast and excellent service. Very worthwhile!

Det var en fantastisk upplevelse att bo på Britannia Hotel. En mycket tillmötesgående personal som gjorde sitt yttersta för att vi skulle trivas. Frukosten var en av de bästa vi haft på hotell. Restaurang Speilsalen blev en makalös smakupplevelse och allt var perfekt.

Oppholdet var greit. Fint hotell, vakkert utsmykket men ellers føltes det ikke som 5 stjerner hotell med tanke på hygiene artikler på bad, ikke vann på rommet osv ikke heller noen areal å sitte på foruten ved innsjekk

Nydelige rom. Men renholdet manglet litt. Var litt hår i vasken osv. det ødela ikke helheten. Og vi kunne sikkert sagt ifra, men var så lite at vi lot ikke dette ødelegge. Ellers en meget fin opplevelse

We were on a tight itinerary and so only had time for one night in this magnificent hotel. Harkening back to the great hotels of the past, the Britannia has nice, plush, well appointed rooms. The mattress was absolutely perfect. Not too soft, not too hard. Rooms are big and you will have plenty of room to spread out. WiFi is fast and efficient. But what really puts this hotel in a class of its own is the level of service you receive from everyone you come into contact with. Well done, and I hope I can spend more time with you the next time I get to Trondheim.
