U havet send the money I paid to u to the hotell, so I kost pay dobel up. They say they have contacted u at 1pm to day but no response.....where is my money gone??? I want my money back ASAP

The staff was helpful and nice, the room was decent enough, although it could have had a little maintenance, drooping shelf in bathroom and there was a window with a slightly broken hasp, resulting in a cold room. Fixed by getting an oven from the reception for 1 day, then I managed to lock the window better. Also the lighting is a bit sp**** in the room, with finicky lights by the bed and finicky outlets. But this is just minor issues. Breakfast is decent and alot of choices. The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the best possible area to get to anywhere almost, be it the Nidarosdome cathedral, Science museum, army museum, Stiftsgården, the old city bridge, shopping areas, concert venues. Etc.

Skulle gjerne sett kunst på veggene. Radiatoren suste mye og først dagen etter skjønte jeg at det var den og ikke utenfor…
God frokost med godt utvalg av frukt og grønt! Pent og rent bad! Flott utsikt som jeg ønsket meg!

Sentralt beliggende hotell midt i hjertet av Trondheim. Kort avstand til det meste i bykjernen. Har knapt bodd på et mindre hotellrom noen gang. Godt det bare var for en natt! Prisen var ikke tilsvarende liten. God frokost i beste Thon Hotel stil. Hyggelig betjening.

I beskrivelsen av hotellet var det nylig oppusset. Badet var i dårlig forfatning, toalettringen satt helt feil, helt skakk. Hyllen over vasken var borte. Dispensere ødelagte. Lite rom. Bestilte dobbelseng, som var inntil vegg. Kunne ikke gå inn i sengen fra begge sider. Måtte rydde vekk fat og kopper fra bordet i spisesalen. Ble spurt om å gå fra spisesalen før vi var ferdige å spise pga av plassmangel..
