Quite ok for a short stay. Would love to come again. Bed quite ok. But the sofa bed was very hard. Otherwise good room. Look out towards the hallway. Heard a lot of chatter. But it went just fine

A nice basic place to stay when you are in Trondheim. Think of it like an apar**ent, without a kitchen, and it is good. GREAT location, and when I had a question for staff they were very helpful. Generally not a place if you want to have a "hotel" experience, but spend a fair price to have a nice room for your stay. The walls are pretty thin, but I hear that is true at many hotels in the area. Overall a very good place.

Veldig fornøyd med citybox! Lettvint å sjekke inn og ut, enkelt å finne frem, moderne og fine lokaler, rom som passet perfekt for oss som bare skulle være 1 natt pga. en konsert. Kan ikke huske noe særlig støy fra korridor eller andre rom. Kan 10/10 anbefales om man ikke har behov for hotellfrokost. Butikk og resturanger og alt du trenger rett rundt hjørnet!

Tried two different rooms, both were only superficially cleaned: dirty on the floor, walls, moldings, exhaust fan bathroom, shower doors, fridge. Constant loud hissing sound from the radiator, as if the tap was on all day. Very loud between the rooms. Positive: practical and seamless check-in and check-out, storage in the hallway if you need more of something.

Was a lot of trouble before we got in the door because the door code was not sent to us on mld. before we arrived. Stood out in the rain for a long time but finally managed. I also thought there was a kitchen in the hotel that we could use since there is a picture of a kitchen on the website. It is not! Disappointing experience.
