Yes the food is really good at this hotel and it was not our first time there but the quality of the hotel and the staff at the reception is going really low. The first room we got, there was a number two in the toilet!!! We told the reception and instead of giving us another bedroom, she said "we can send the cleaner staff". No go for us. We did change room and the one we got had only one bed side lamp, no fridge while there was supposed to be one and no temperature control. At 23:00 they stopped the AC and there is no air circulation in the room. We called the first evening and the suggestion was to turn off the heater (of course we did not think of that before!! Come on ), open the window or they can send us a fan to put in the window. Open a window on a Saturday evening was really really noisy, we had to choose between the noise or having no air into the bedroom. We did not sleep well. They 2 other nights were not better. We could had complained more or change hotel but when you booked for three nights you don't want to deal with those kinds of annoying issues. When we check out, they told us that they were refurbishing rooms and this is why it was missing some element in the room. Why are you not telling that on your website, why are you not offering better price while you are refurbishing? Some girls at the reception should be taught how to deal with this kind of situation, having an arrogant girl telling you "we can send the cleaner staff" instead of apologising and immediately offering another room. No one likes to see a number two in his toilet, even worst if it is at the hotel and the room was supposed to be clean and ready for the next customer.
