Fantastisk venligt og service minded personale. Der manglede ikke noget ved morgenbuffet. Super ide med eftermiddagskaffe og lille (som buffet) middag. Glimrende beliggenhed få min. fra stationen.Tak for et dejligt ophold - kommer igen.

Decent hotel in a sentral location. Check in/out was fast. Standard room was quite large. I didn’t care for the decor. Seemed a bit dated and not «fresh». Messy in the main hallway with lots of laundry and cleaning supplies out just outside of my room. Room has limited amenities…no coffee or water cooker, no iron, no minibar, no water glass, not possible to cast to the TV. In my opinion, the bed was not great but pillows were good and ample. Room was quiet. Dining area was ok but maybe a tad small for the number of guests? There is also food available in the evening, which seemed fairly decent…included in the room price. Gym is available next door for a fee, but I did not check it out. Overall, this hotel was fine…I’ve experienced worse…but there are still better hotels in Trondheim.

Hjemmekoselig med ettermiddagskaffe med vafler og kveldsmat/middag. Dette var medvirkende årsak til at vi valgte dette hotellet. Anbefaler at de anskaffer et nytt vaffeljern, da det tok litt lang tid å steke vafler. God frokost og fleksible innsjekking/ utsjekkingstider.

Too hot room and not possible to open window. Bathroom door of the sliding type with little noise damping. Ours was in addition broken at could not be closes properly. Very dirty cup in the room that had not been cleaned after guests before us.

Noe slitent hotell, glansdagene er helt klart over. Støvete på badet, ødelagt og utslitt sofa og lenestol på rommet. (Superiorrom). Gode senger. Var bare oppredd med dyne til 1 person, men fant en ekstradyne oppå et skap på rommet. Frokostsalen er liten og trang, forvent kø. Utslitte stoler her også. Forventet litt bedre standard til denne prisen.
