The apar**ent was beautiful and close to the city centre

I was surprised how clean and tidy the apar**ent was looking. The location around the apar**ent was realy nice with a good connection to public transportation and the price was great. What surprised me most positively was the excellent service and the good communication with the owner. Any questions I had were answered very quickly and helpfully.

I was a bit nervous due to some poor ratings on google maps and as then our evening flight from Oslo was 3 hours delayed due to heavy snow in oslo, we arrived late in the night, but due to good information and communication we easily got the key and got into the appar**ent, everything was clean and tidy and size of appar**ent was bigger than expected, the only thing we slightly missed was a shoehorn

Nice rental,
Stayed the night before so check-in was ok, (booked an extra night again)
Complained the first night about the shower head which flushed all the way. Heard nothing and got the same room. Or all in all good.

The apar**ent was in good condition. A somewhat lower standard than indicated in the pictures in the ad. Otherwise contained what was lit (bathroom, kitchen/living room, double bed, etc.) Cleanliness was okay - but someone seemed to have dropped a dinner plate or thrown up on the floor on a previous occasion, as the "splash" of this was still up the slats . The location was great!

Check in wasn't as easy as it should of been, raining heavily and internet given wouldn't connect to get keys out. Luckly a gentleman from a restaurant near by came with his mobile phone and we were able to connect to internet from his phone and the keybox opened !!!!!!!!
