The apartment was beautiful and close to the city centre

I was surprised how clean and tidy the apartment was looking. The location around the apartment was realy nice with a good connection to public transportation and the price was great. What surprised me most positively was the excellent service and the good communication with the owner. Any questions I had were answered very quickly and helpfully.

I was a bit nervous due to some poor ratings on google maps and as then our evening flight from Oslo was 3 hours delayed due to heavy snow in oslo, we arrived late in the night, but due to good information and communication we easily got the key and got into the appartment, everything was clean and tidy and size of appartment was bigger than expected, the only thing we slightly missed was a shoehorn

Bodde natten føre så innsjekk var ok,(booket en ekstra natt på nytt )
Klagde første natten på dusj hode som spylte alle veier. Hørte ingenting og fikk samme rom. Eller alt i alt bra.

Leiligheten var i ok forfatning. En del lavere standard enn antydet på bilder i annonsen. Inneholdt ellers det som var opplyst (bad, kjøkken/stue, dobbeltseng osv.) Renholdet var greit - men noen så ut til å ha mistet et middagsfat eller kastet opp på gulvet ved tidligere anledning, da «sprutet» av dette fremdeles var oppover lamellene. Beliggenheten var super!

Check in wasn't as easy as it should of been, raining heavily and internet given wouldn't connect to get keys out. Luckly a gentleman from a restaurant near by came with his mobile phone and we were able to connect to internet from his phone and the keybox opened !!!!!!!!
