Outside looked amazing as did the lobby. Desk clerk wasn't over the top friendly but no complaints about her however the other girl didn't have time to look up from her phone 🙄 Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Didn't get the breakfast $13 is a bit much for a hotel breakfast so we went out. I'm guessing there were children above us due to the constant noise of jumping and yelling. Then at 4 am there was an alarm going off in the next room. Called the desk about children and alarm and nothing was done about it.

No body wash for my bedtime shower, coffeemaker not working in the morning, pool was closed for the day ( primary reason for choosing this hotel)

They over charged my credit card by over $200 and they can’t even get decent water pressure or hot water! Would not stay here again. Front desk at night was rude as well !
