C Mauritius - All Inclusive

The shower water flow is too small to take a shower at all and delayed clean room

Its a very nice cozy hotel abd service was excellent Staff are so welcoming and going extra miles to help

My wife and I visited C Mauritius for our honeymoon and had the most amazing stay! It was our first time holidaying outside of Europe and couldn't have picked a better place to come. We stayed in a deluxe beachfront room which was unreal, waking up to the sunrise every morning. The all-inclusive buffet was really good, we were worried about vegetarian catering, but had no need to be as we always had a ton of options. C Mauritius was the perfect hotel to relax in and also to act as a base for exploring the rest of the beautiful island. Staff were quick to apologise for weather being cool, but I don't think temperatures dropped below 20C across our 10 day stay and we never saw more than rain showers. One thing to note is the hotel is located on the east of the island so is quite windy (especially in winter) so keep this in mind. The staff at C-Mauritius were amazing and really went out for their way to make us comfortable - Sharvin, Moon & the rest of the bar staff provided great hospitality, while Sibin was always a friendly face to say hello at the breakfast buffet. Charles and Anastasia in reception were also so helpful with our little questions and when injury to a guide meant that the C-Trek we'd organised through the hotel was postponed, the team organised an alternative for us and Jordan was a great guide for our hike! If staying here, then Manisha from housekeeping is also lovely and helps keep the room spotless! We'd really recommend the spa, we had the honeymoon ritual massage which was amazing, and finishes with a cocktail and treatment bath! The gym facilities are great too. Wok and Roll was a great alternative to the normal buffet and felt really special. We were also invited to a candlelit dinner one night which was the cherry on top of the cake for us on our honeymoon. Again veggies really well catered for! Only drawback was a slight overlap with the C-Kite Festival which didn't match the laid back vibe of the rest of our break - we booked before the dates were announced so just one to double check if you are looking for a quiet break :)

We visited the C Mauritius this June and was happy with the service during our stay I want to give a special thank you to Karen (reception Manager) who helped liasing with the airline on my lost luggage. She was very helpful and kept me updated on the progress. Dinner was of a good standard with a variety of choices of meals to suit all palates. The staff here was always very helpful accommodating and always greeted us with a smile Room was nice and spacious with great views of the pool and beach. Pity our time here was short

We visited C-Mauritius in June and were particularly happy with the Service we received during our stay. The Hotel and especially the gym (plus the tennis and padel court) are really good and well just like the spa well taken care of. In general the complex is clean and looked after daily. Mainly, we have to emphasize again on the service we received. The receptionists are eager to help with every little question or problem you have. The service within the restaurants was also very good, whereby we just have to mention the outstanding service we received from Deepak. Deepak was always helpful, coming up with suggestions (for drinks) for each person individually based on their prior choices and just nice to be around during little chitchats. We definitely consider coming back to C-Mauritius.

Definitely the best place for your honeymoon. The food was amazing and the rooms were very clean. And I've never tasted such a delicious cocktail in any hotel. I was very surprised by the staff, who were incredibly kind and helpful. Our special thanks go to Moon, who was very attentive and professional.
