The hotel is very new, with new equipment, clean and tidy; it is the most comfortable hotel we have stayed in these days;
Breakfast is provided, which is simple but enough to make you full; there is free parking;
It took more than half an hour to confirm the check-in that day. Later, the front desk specially offered water and potato chips to apologize.

Was a nice refurbished hotel. Some nice eateries real close by. It’s right off I 81 which made it very convenient. Staff was very helpful and nice. Hot breakfast worked out well.

I was pretty disappointed in our stay here. Within 2 minutes of walking in the room, I found at least ten stink bugs. The coffee table had a golf ball sized hole in the top and lots of surface damage. We also found items from previous guests. We booked a suite room, and I was disappointed because in the pictures, it looked like there was a door to separate the rooms, but there wasn’t. We could also hear a tv from a different room. I would not recommend and would not stay here again.

Front staff, especially the woman with red hair, is the BEST. 10/10 FOR HER. Always friendly and obliging. Breakfast is yummy - love the biscuit & gravy option. Pool is fun and clean. ONLY ISSUE was people above us were probably feral hyenas, or toddlers - same same haha - and they made SO MUCH NOISE at 5am.

Enjoyed our stay! My daughters loved the pool. Very clean and well decorated for the upcoming holiday. Staff were very friendly! Will definitely stay there again.

Thanks to excellent customer service, we enjoyed a very peaceful night in this conveniently located hotel. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the room is thoughtfully equipped with a microwave and frig. The complimentary breakfast had several options and was a big time saver as well.

We have stayed at this hotel, more than once, on our journey south as "snowbirds." The location is convenient, staff is accommodating & friendly, bed is comfortable. I noticed some stains on the bed comforter; otherwise, very clean.
