This stay was planned as a stop on the way to our destination. Was kinda pricey for the quality of the hotel. It was very dirty.

The owner, front desk agents , and the housekeepers are super nice and very comforting . Considering the fact im homeless they made me feel like i have a home

I had to cancel this. The hotel happily canceled. ******* however would not. I was on the road and had a problem When I got to a different hotel I turned on my computer to reach *******. Too late to cancel. (6:30 pm). Thank you for this. It was an $80 lesson to never use ******* again.

Dirty, trash from previous guests still in room, roaches were seen in and outside of room, and smelled like old dank

Very outdated. Paint peeling off bathtub. Bathroom vanity notched up mess of plywood. Arm of chair has holes in it.

It’s a decent hotel, it’s just old and could use some upgrades. Everything was clean, we were comfortable and we felt safe. Thankful for a room with three beds! You don’t see that a lot. It is convenient to Troy campus!
