The room was small, and the bathroom facilities looked a bit old. The front desk staff were very welcoming. The breakfast selection was limited and rather simple.

The hotel was very mediocre in every aspect. I went on a weekend, and the surrounding area was desolate. Upon check-in, I discovered that the hotel's WiFi was broken. I reported it to the front desk, but it was never fixed. The experience was terrible, and it was the worst hotel I stayed at during this trip.

In general, the room was bright and clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The front desk staff was patient, but the quilt was not very good, it was the kind of blanket wrapped in two sheets of cloth, unlike the quilt cover we used.

Arrived in Troy,NY at 8ish Thanksgiving morning to check in at Franklin Best Western.My plans were derailed due to a Turkey Trot marathon and no accommodations to reach the hotel.We drove around trying to find a way to the hotel ,but were blocked off by sanitation trucks, police barricades, and fire/rescue.40 minutes total of driving around and 40 minutes of walking with and without luggage .Best Western did not give us any reasonable explanations except “it is not our problem “Thank you for demeaning your guests, not providing free parking ,and access to a working elevator.Amenities that were not provided.
