I previously stayed at this hotel in February and had a great experience which is why I decided to stay there again. I arrived yesterday, May 19th, 2024, to a rude person at the front desk. Her manager, Monique B, was also rude to me. I reported the incident to the GM, Sara M, who did nothing about it. I checked out the following day and moved to another Hilton n which I received appropriate reception as a Hilton Honors guest. This is my worst experience as a member of Hilton Honors. I will never go back there.
