WORST HILTON GARDEN INN EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD BECAUSE OF THE BREAKFAST SERVER DAVE (1) Sat down (2) Waited…. Dave was playing on some computer and wasnt paying attention to anybody (3) Went and got my own silverware and menu - asked Dave about those (4) Dave still never came over to take the order for another 10 minutes (5) Ordered - asked for just a slide of bacon and a piece of sausage with and Dave said that this couldnt happen. And that the menu order required just one and couldnt be split up. Said that I would have to place a side order. Every other HIlton Garden breakfast I have had over the years has allow for the split. (6) Companion showed up. She also was never provided a menu or silverware. We go our own. (7) Dave never asked about drinks. Because of Dave - I cant recommend this hotel although all other hotel things were very good. Front desk experience was good. Rooms are aging but still cleaned. Typically this location is good. But Dave is horrible and because of Dave, we will look for another location.

I generally do not like to post reviews unless they are nice but this does need to be addressed. The hot tub jets DO NOT WORK, the pool area has not ventilation, that means the paint is peeling off the ceiling and walls. The staff was nice and when asked to replace non existing pool towels they put 5 towels out on the rack for a family of four. The Bartender though treated us very well and was attentive to our needs. Overall if you are staying for the family to use the pool as we were please place a reservation elsewhere.

The edge of metal bar handle in the shower booth was sharp, so I got some minor injuries on top side of hand while I am showering. Everybody needs to be careful.

We had no wifi during our entire stay! The staff started calling the internet company on the second day but it still wasn’t fixed. Being a person coming from outside the country, internet is how you get around or even contact anyone. It was horrible. Had we not known anyone in the city, we would have been stranded in the hotel. I missed a lot of email, couldn’t do any work until I went home. They were not even apologetic, they said it was out of their hands. No refund was offered, we only got breakfast vouchers for our last day, as if that would help. Very disappointing stay.
