賓館就在距離鬧市餐廳12分鐘步行，非常方便。房間乾淨舒適，服務人員態度不錯，西式早餐。還會再來。

Great hotel . Friendly welcome and great breakfast and complimentary all time hot drinks We arrived late due to Eurotunnel issues and no problem at all parking on the street outside Lovely modern rooms spotless . Good size bathroom and good soft towels Quiet rooms too for a large town . Breakfast was plentiful and a great selection

Hôtel situé à 5' à pied du centre historique. Chambre très spacieuse. Propreté et hygiène impeccables. Le parking est un plus. Petit-déjeuner copieux avec des produits frais. Chien accepté sans problème. Mais une mention spéciale pour tout le Personnel pour leur gentillesse et leur bienveillance, qui font qu'on se sent comme chez soi. Merci pour cet agréable séjour 🌷

We stayed at this hotel as part of a road trip around Europe and we were really pleasantly surprised by the quality, the cleanliness and the professionalism of the staff. On arrival we were met by lovely welcoming reception staff, and the reception area is bright, clean and welcoming Our room was light and spacious with a really comfortable large bed and fluffy pillows Breakfast was lovely and there was always a member of staff present to top up the buffet as required. It is a short walk to the centre of Troyes, which is a beautiful little city, Thank you to all the staff and management for a really lovely stay, and we would highly recommend this lovely hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Troyes We enjoyed it so much, we booked another Ibis Styles in Arras for the next part of our journey

Stayed one night. Nice room, lovely and helpful staff - excellent breakfast. Couldn't fault the place, but only 4 'stars' as I didn't like the shower being open onto the bedroom regardless whether you're with someone you know very well!

J’ai adoré cet hotel, j’y ai séjourné une dizaine de jours et j’ai beaucoup apprécié. Une jolie petite chambre avec vue sur la Seine, tranquille, personnel charmant et attentionné. Les petits déjeuners sont absolument excellents et généreux, grande variété de pains, croissants, viennoiseries, confitures artisanales, fromages et charcuteries et d’excellents thés. Les boissons chaudes sont offertes gratuitement en tous temps. J’aurais aimé de meilleurs oreillers mais c’est mon seul bémol!

Hôtel bien situé, à quelques encablures du centre et de la gare. Chambre agréable, à l'esprit moderne, salle de douche vitrée, bonne literie, produits mis à disposition. Ambiance éco-responsable. Très bon petit déjeuner (produits locaux). Parfait pour une escapade d'un week-end à Troyes et un concert aux "Nuits de Champagne"

Trois hôtels Accor situés à quelques mètres les uns des autres. Celui-ci est vraiment très sympa, très propre. Le personnel est agréable et à l’écoute, rien à redire. La chambre est spacieuse, le bar relativement limité mais cela fait le job

Pour avoir séjournés dans des hôtels 4* dans la même semaine, nous ne retiendrons que l'excellente qualité de cet Ibis Styles. Pour commencer, l'accueil de son directeur, souriant et entièrement dévoué à ses clients. Pour continuer, une chambre un cran au-delà des standards habituels que l'on retrouve dans la plupart des hôtels 3*. Spacieuse, propre et silencieuse. Rien à redire pour un établissement de cette catégorie. Si on ajoute à cela pour finir le cadre agréable au bord du canal du Trévois dont on peut profiter du ruissellement en partageant un verre sur la terrasse, ainsi qu'un emplacement privilégié à 300 mètres du centre-ville et du centre historique, on frise la perfection.
