Room was spacious, good and clean. The only thing was that the reception hours need to be communicated properly. We arrived at least half hour before the stated closing hours but already no one there. As we booked through trip.com, we didn’t receive the instructions to the safe where they dropped all the keys for « late » guests. But obviously we weren’t even late as mentioned, we arrived before the reception closing hours. Thankfully we met a gentleman who had the safe’s access code and we were able to retrieve our room keys

Séjour appréciable mais des détails défavorables : pas de lumière dans le réfrigérateur, télécommande de télévision en défaut (pour éteindre), moquette de couloir abimée par endroits et réception fermée pour le week-end.

Très partagé sur ce séjour :
- Le studio plutôt confortable, assez bien équipé, bonne literie.
- Aucun accueil le week-end, ni jours fériés ; donc comme je suis arrivé le 23 décembre, je n'ai vu personne avant le 26... Ce qui fait, par exemple, que je n'ai avoir une ampoule de remplacée.
- Le studio était moyennement propre, de longs cheveux noirs dans la salle de bain, etc.
- Les couloirs usés et sales, le linge sale y trainait.
- Enfin pour conclure la VMC faisait un bruit infernal, très mal dormi pendant le séjour, même avec des bouchon d'oreilles, et comme il n'y avait pas de personnel, impossible de le signaler.

Ayant l'habitude de sejourner en apart'hotel je ne vais pas dire que ce fut le meilleur, les couloirs sont tres vieillissants(ce qui ne donnenpas envire de rentrer dans la chambre) l'état général n'est vraiment pas top.
L'équipement est basique, la literie est bof, la télé un timbre poste pour 80€/nuit je trouve cela un peu cher. Après je pense que cela est tres bien pour les sejours longues durée au mois pour un budget tres correct. Par contre pas pour un sejour d'affaires ou en couple.
Le personnel est super vraiment.
