Sandals Grenada All Inclusive - Couples Only

Had a great stay at Sandals Grenada, there was a few issues with our room to begin with, but their guest service team helped us in finding another room on the resort. The 10 restaurants and entertainment each evening was wonderful. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

After previously going to St Lucia Grande and Antigua, Grenada was our third Sandals celebrating our anniversary. The ride from the airport was so quick, under 5 minutes. Our room was ready when we arrived around 3pm. We stayed in the Pink Gin building with a walkout room. During the check in we tried to make our dinner reservations. They told us our name wasn’t in the system yet so we were not able to. I told the employee (Leston) that we would like to try all three restaurants. Leston came through and got us all scheduled. The three restaurants you need reservations for was Kimonos, Butch’s, and the French Restaurant. Food and service was so good at all of them. Favorite thing to do was sit on the beach and snorkel off the shore. There were a few vendors but they didn’t harass you. The best part of the resort was the people (employees) Everyone was so nice. Make sure you go on the boat tour of the island. It leaves at 3 everyday. Shawn was our guide and he is so passionate and knowledgeable about the island. Tips… bring your own snorkel, you can’t use theirs unless you go on a guided swim with them. Bring your own tumbler for drinks and your own metal straw. If you want shade at the beach make sure you go out there early to get a chair. The best spots are gone by 630am but you can still find some shade until about 730.

I will try and take a bit of time to write this one as I have a lot to say about this resort, 99% of it positive. This holiday had been on the horizon for a while now, as we had booked to celebrate my wife’s 60th birthday, with her dream being to stay in a Sandals Resort - after a bit of research we booked Sandals Grenada and arrived on 12th April for a 2 week stay. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was due to it only being 5 minutes from the airport, which is perfect after a long journey from the UK - we were met outside quickly and whisked off to the hotel and were in the reception with our welcome drink within 1 hour of landing in Grenada - a perfect start. We were then taken to our room, which was everything we expected and more. We had booked a South Seas Waterfall River Pool Walkout Suite (6104) which was very spacious and walked out onto our own semi private pool, which was shared by 8 rooms however there was never more than one couple in the pool with us, with the majority of the time us having to ourselves - bliss! The room has all the amenities required, especially the hairdryer, which was separate from the bathroom so my wife could dry her hair where she wished to. Additionally it has a large walk in wardrobe and plenty of storage place for clothes, which is great when you are there for 2 weeks. There were 3 levels though if these rooms and we were in the one that was the highest incline, which may not suit all, however wasn’t too steep. Additionally, it is also in the vicinity of the South Seas Part Pool, which has music playing from 11.30 to 5, which may not be to everyone’s liking but we found the music to be varied and decent and not too loud. We were not in a butler suite so didn’t get spirits in our room however we got wine, beer, soft drinks and water - this was stocked up daily, all you had to do was say to the drinks delivery person what you were short of each day and they stocked you up as required - fantastic service. If we wanted a spirit or a cocktail, we were only a 2 minute walk from the pool bar or at the end of the night we were able to bring one up and have it in our room if required. Restaurants wise, I will break into breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast À la carte - you can have a sit down meal in Le Jardinier - there is fantastic choice here and we visited around 6 times during our 2 week stay and myself and my wife more or less tried everything on the menu and could not say a bad thing about anything we had. A favourite of mine was the classic avocado toast whereas my wife loved corn beef hash, which was made with brisket. There was also 2 options for a buffet style breakfast, which were similar, at Cucina Romana and Spices. The area was small but plenty of choice and always warm and fresh, which is not always fresh in a buffet. Additionally, they had a chef cooking fresh omelettes, eggs, pancakes and French toast made to order - very tasty and quick service. Lunch For lunch there were a

Just came back from an awesome week stay at Sandals Grenada and I can’t say enough about what a great resort it is! Normally in my reviews I try and mention the exceptional employees who really made our stay special but I can’t do that this time without listing every single one we encountered. I’m not sure if it is Grenadian culture, Sandals culture, or a combination of both; this staff is spectacular. A couple of examples; we carry “coolie cups” for ice & water and arrived at the pool before the bar was opened so I walked over to Cucina Romano and ask one of the hostesses if I could get my glasses filled. She smiled, said sure then left the restaurant taking me back to the pool bar and filled our cups with ice & bottled water – I was wowed! On another day I was out on a photo mission to find a big Iguana and ask one of the grounds keepers if he knew where I might find one. He stopped working and led me to the Red Lane Fitness Center, took me into the trees and pointed out some of the bigger ones. I could go on and on but I’m sure you get the point. Restaurants: Cucina Romano is excellent for both breakfast and dinner: go early for dinner or plan to wait as it’s popular. Butch’s Chophouse is awesome – get reservations as soon as you arrive – surf & turf baby! Le Jarinier is excellent for both breakfast and dinner –get reservations for dinner ASAP too. I’m a nut about escargot and they do not disappoint Kimono’s is a lot of fun and will fill you up – reservations required Neptune’s for seafood, Soy for sushi, and Dinos for pizza Spices was our favorite for breakfast and they have a good lunch as well My “go to” for morning coffee is Café de Paris and by the end of the week they knew my order and had it waiting at the counter for me! Club Sandals: We’re “Club People” and the staff here is exceptional too. They made all of our dinner reservations for us. They also booked us on a free boat ride one afternoon that cruises down the coast and back for maybe an hour. We really didn’t have any issues for them to resolve but the let us know they were there if needed. They also slipped some goodies in our room for our anniversary too. Club Sandals also sponsors a cocktail party, martini party, and a wine tasting. Dive Shop: It was my first dive since 2020 and the dive team is awesome and very professional. I took a recertification class prior to arrival and enjoyed some beautiful scenery. We ran into a ton of great people, many who come back year after year. I get that after this visit and we will return someday. We booked some additional vacations (for 2027 & 2028) while we were there and got some exceptional pricing for future vacations. We’re seeing the Caribbean one Sandals at a time!

One of our favorite places of all time… beautiful resort, amazing staff, great food. Fantastic resort. Literally around the corner from the airport so you arrive quickly. Great pools, great beach, great food, great service. Smaller property than other Sandals we have been to, so it was a different vibe that felt very cozy, we saw the same staff and guests every day. Staff was the friendliest I've ever encountered.. so friendly that I wanted to take the time to recognize some of them for going above and beyond for us with excellent service! #1 is Kenisha, the hostess/server at Cucina Italiana, Neptunes, and around the resort.. she always recognized us and stopped to chat with huge smiles -- even when we didn't see her first. She is fantastic! Chef Liston at Kimono's was outstanding. Not only was the food top-notch, but his entertainment and conversation and entire performance was off the charts. His enthusiasm for his job and the way he engaged everyone at our dinner was absolutely perfect. He made it our favorite night and our group walked in as strangers and out as friends! Kisselle, the server at the beach, was amazing. Her positive energy and constant attention to serving everyone were so impressive all day, every day! She had great vibes! Joanne was with her and was also great! Kareem, bartending at the South Seas Pool, was awesome. When we ordered his signature drink from him without realizing he was the creator of it, he lit up. He brought great energy and positive vibes, and it was so fun to talk to him. Marlon, an evening bartender in the Living Room, was very accommodating making us a special drink when he was very busy.. he did it perfectly while also being warm and energetic! The evening bartender at South Seas Pool on 3/27 was also excellent and shared a lot about life on the island. He was super positive (and a great bartender). Kept everyone very happy! I'm sorry I did not get his name. Last but not least, Girona, our housekeeper, kept our room absolutely perfect all week long. We did not get to meet them, but we sincerely appreciated their attention to detail and every time we returned to the room it was freshened up. But not once were we interrupted while we were in the room. Perfect service!! Everyone on the resort was great, but wanted to ensure I mentioned those specific people who were a level up. Thanks for a great trip!

Sandals Lasource Grenada encompasses everything a dream vacation should be. From upper management to room service, all details to ensure our complete happiness were made seamlessly. It was an honor and a lot of fun to once again meet with Mr. Peter Fraser GM. He is truly the epitome of professionalism, kindness and is a remarkable person. Mr. Fraser and our amazing Travel Advisor, Penny Sheldon of Penny Sheldon Travels once again really outdid themselves to create an unforgettable vacation experience! Juliana Smith from Club Sandals and her incredible team really went the extra mile to make sure our visit was perfect and fun! Juliana really loves making people happy and it shows with her incredible attention to detail and her kindness. Sandals Grenada is located directly on one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. There are several large pools with spacious seating decorated with pretty umbrellas. The beach is also set up for comfort for sunbathing or leisure activities complete with umbrellas and friendly hostesses to help with yummy drink orders. There is also a large fun pool area complete with a swim up pool bar, music and fun activities! Get ready for amazing restaurants that cater to a huge variety of culinary tastes throughout the day and well into the night! This was our 5th vacation to this resort and I’m always amazed at how well maintained and beautiful the grounds are kept. Our room was really pretty and sitting on the patio at night listening to the the surf with a cocktail was the perfect way to end the day. Our room was serviced daily with great attention to cleanliness and comfort. The entertainment during the day and in the evenings was really fun and varied each night! So many people worked really hard to ensure our vacation was perfect and we are grateful. We had an amazing time and look forward to returning soon!

Our recent stay at Sandals Grenada was nothing short of spectacular. Having stayed at many Sandals resorts, I can confidently say the level of service and the diving here are in a league of their own. The Standout Service • The Butler Team: A huge thank you to Kirt, Sylvicka, and Ethan. They were absolutely fantastic, attentive, professional, and always one step ahead. They even brought pizza right to us on the beach for lunch so we could maximize our relaxation time! • Exceptional Housekeeping: Dessa was the best housekeeper we have ever had at any Sandals property. She was so thoughtful and made sure our room was cleaned early in the day, so it was ready for us to relax in as soon as we were done diving. • Watersports Management: The watersports manager, Curtis, did a great job. The entire operation felt seamless and well-run under his leadership. World-Class Diving The dive operation here is top-tier. Leston, Thayne, and Zade stood out as exceptional dive leaders, professional, caring, and great to be under the water with. We loved that the dive boat leaves right from the beach, which avoids a bus ride to the marina. We had the opportunity to dive some amazing deep wrecks, saw eagle rays, and the divers' happy hour was a fantastic touch to talk with fellow divers off the boat! Thoughtful Amenities As someone who doesn’t drink alcohol, I was so impressed with the updated beverage options. It was great to have Fre non-alcoholic wine (which was a huge step up from the juice options I've seen previously) and Heineken 0.0 available. It made a big difference in the overall experience! The Room & Atmosphere We loved our room; it was the perfect sanctuary to return to after a morning of diving. The beach is incredibly peaceful and relaxing, the ideal spot to unplug and soak in the beauty of the island. If you’re looking for a resort that combines luxury with a team that genuinely cares about your experience, Sandals Grenada is the place to be. We already booked to return in October!
