酒店非常好，各項設施都比較新。早餐在11樓頂層，自助形式，非常豐富。停車場在負一樓，有電梯直達樓層。

El primer día que llegamos, mantenimiento nos abrió la puerta mientras mi hija y yo descansábamos, vimos un flashing light en cuatro de un aparato que es de emergencia? Y nuevamente escuchamos y vimos como movieron el door knob de nuestro cuarto! Y hasta el día de hoy no habido respuesta. Que las cámaras no se pudieron revisar haste que el supervisor volviera de su fin de semana libre! Y al principio dijeron nada de lo que nos quejamos había pasado???? Entonces nos imaginamos todo? Cuando le dije si Ud me dice que mantenimiento abrió la puerta por equivocación, lo entendería pero no se para ahí diciendo que en las cámaras no se ve nada??? Nunca más me quedaría en un hotel así, ya que nunca me sentí segura.

Una de las mejores experiencias y la atención que nos brindaron fue muy buena **b agradeciendo a Cristhian Sarmiento x su eficacia y su buena atencion que nos dio gusto de estar ahí unos días ahora veremos si en algún momento volveremos de visita

Excelente atención, 100% recomendado, las instalaciones son muy modernas, el desayuno buffet exquisito, el personal muy atento. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, la atención de la barra muy buena. Servicio de taxi a cada momento, volvería a hospedarme en tierra viva sin ninguna duda

Excelente hotel en todo aspecto, pero sus tarifas son muy altas en relación a otros hoteles de similares prestaciones. Personalmente me estoy alojando en el IBIS actualmente. Viajo todos los meses.

La ubicacion del hotel es perfecta, vine por recomendacion de unos compañeros y de verdad no se equivocaron. un buen hotel en todos los aspectos delicioso desayuno y buena atencion sin lugar a duda voy a regresar.
