El personal de recepción es súper amable y el hotel está en un antiguo palacio en pleno centro histórico de Trujillo. Las habitaciones ya van necesitando una puesta al día, ya que no cumplen el estándar esperado en un 4 estrellas.

Excelente ubicación junto a la plaza mayor de Trujillo. Un poco complicado llegar con el coche pero el hotel te facilita indicaciones para acceder sin problema. Atención del personal inmejorable, gracias especialmente a Juanjo que tuvo la amabilidad de ponerse en contacto con nosotros por un objeto olvidado. Desayuno completo y delicioso, incluida agua fresquita de cortesía en la habitación. Si volvemos por Trujillo, sin duda, será nuestra elección de nuevo.

Tan sólo pasé una noche pero creo que algunas cosas son mejorables para un hotel de 4 estrellas con aspiraciones de hotel de rango superior. En efecto, no hay agua de cortesía en las habitaciones. La piscina se notaba que no tenía un mantenimiento profesional regular (paredes y skimers sucios, agua con partes de algas). Entiendo que una piscina en agosto (época de uso y sobre todo en un sitio tan cálido como Trujillo) debe estar perfecta. La ubicación y disposición del parking es bastante incómoda (lo deberían avisar en la publicidad). Lo mejor la amabilidad del personal

Al hotel le sobra una estrella…. Ubicación perfecta en el centro de Trujillo, instalaciones muy bonitas, pero un hotel de 4 estrellas según mi criterio, no puede permitirse tener la cortina medio descolgada, tener unas cuantas baldosas en el suelo del baño cuarteadas, un parking que parece tengas que subir al everest cargando las maletas, unas tarjetas de la habitación que si las juntas al móvil se desconfiguran y tienes que volver a recepción…. (Con la mala cara del chico la segunda vez…. Una pena porque podía ser un hotel top en un pueblo tan bonito.

Ubicación perfecta, el hotel es una casa palacio muy bonito y el trato por parte del personal es inmejorable. Lo malo es que el hotel está muy descuidado, como por ejemplo, las fundas de las almohadas no cubren a las mismas, algún roto en las sábanas, algunas cortinas descolgadas, la limpieza en general no es muy buena( sobre todo en la piscina ), el desayuno es correcto pero no es como se muestra en las fotos.
