Llevo años hospedandome en este hotel, las habitaciones y el servicio siempre es bueno acabo de hospedarme ahí y destaco la atención brindada por el Sr de Recepción Christian Huere, extremadamente amable y servicial nos hizo sentir en casa

La habitación toco ventana a calle y había mucho ruidos, adicional te cobran 50 soles por una persona que te visite solo 5 minutos como si se fuera a quedar, la comida del desayuno muy poco no hay variedad, no tienen agua debes comprar agua en recepción que te cuesta 4 soles la personal, no tienen frigobar tampoco, limpio si esta pero no cuenta con los servicios basicos como agua en las habitaciones.

El hotel es bonito y cómodo, el problema es la administración que dan pésimo servicio. En todos los hoteles dan papel higiénico, jabón y shampoo individual por persona, sin embargo, en este hotel te dan uno para 3 personas, y si pides lo que corresponde te dicen simplemente que "no hay", con las toallas lo mismo, cuando en hoteles más baratos te dan por persona. A esto se le suma que no son capaces de decir "servicio a la habitación, limpieza" simplemente tocan la puerta como si la fueran a botar (? sin responder al preguntar quién es, lo que asusta mucho si te estás alojando sola.

El hotel es moderno tiene lo necesario para hosped****, limpio, ordenado, la cochera es en la manzana del frente dentro del estacionamiento de Ormeño. Es la única desventaja. Con respecto a Covid tienen protocolo de desinfección.

Estuve una noche. Llegué a la habitación y todo estaba con un poco de polvo. La habitación era muy pequeña para el costo. Con las justas podía moverme en el cuarto. Tomé esta opción porque se veía muy moderno y agradable. El restaurante sólo funciona para el desayuno. No justifica su precio.
