There were a lot of roaches and the bathrooms had very slick tubs, with zero rubber matting or anything to prevent you from falling or slipping in the shower.

doesn’t look as good as it does in the pictures. It’s OK if you’re working in the area somewhere between West Memphis and Jonesboro. Rooms are old and everything is a little rundown and wore out. Parking lot has potholes and puddles. Stayed the week and no one change the sheets. Check in and check out and staff is very friendly though.

The room i was initially given had not been cleaned as the bed was unmade when i opened the door. The management quickly made it right by giving me another room. The value was very good once i was accomodated.

Check in went well. TV remote didn't work. Clerk notified, didn't do anything. Clerk didn't know what a fitted sheet was. Had to go twice to ask for one. First trip I was given pillow cases. Second trip I was given a flat sheet. Went ahead and used it cause it was raining and I didn't want to go back out in it. Clerk said that she was new. Maybe a little bit more training???.

Jennifer and staff were very friendly and helpful. My stay was very relaxing and the breakfast was great. I will stay here again.
