Very well located right in the centre of Truro. Very polite and efficient staff. The most comfortable hotel bed I've slept in for years!

The place was clean. The staff was helpful and accomodating. From reception to restaurant. However, i can hear footsteps from the hallway beacause they have wooden floors although it has carpet.

We stayed here for one night and were very impressed.
The position is excellent and the parking a real bonus.
Staff were really friendly, particularly Emma, who served us in the restaurant.

A centrally-located hotel with easy access to the town centre. We stayed for one night as part of a cycle tour. This hotel is excellent. Our bikes were stored securely in the basement - and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We ate in the restaurant in the evening, and it was excellent - recommend the steaks! Our room was spotless and a great size. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Stayed just the one night whilst doing a mini tour. The room is a good size and the facilities are very good. The restaurant was open to residents with a smaller menu however the food was excellent and very good value. The continental breakfast next morning was superb, you could have been there for hours working your way through it! One downside; the windows don't open, although a fan is provided. Might be more of an issue in the Summer. The gated car park which is free to residents is a great asset being city centre. Look forward to returning later in the year.

Stayed for just 1 night but wish it was for longer. Very comfortable bed and pillow (very important to me). service and restaurant excellent.
