Very well located right in the centre of Truro. Very polite and efficient staff. The most comfortable hotel bed I've slept in for years!

The place was clean. The staff was helpful and accomodating. From reception to restaurant. However, i can hear footsteps from the hallway beacause they have wooden floors although it has carpet.

Staff excellent, Catering excellent, Venue excellent.
BUT We booked with *******. So we had room 17
Beware room 17. Kitchen noise Smell. No view, bath chipped, shower a joke.

The staff are lovely, really helpful. The room was meticulously clean and a near spotless bathroom, the bed was lovely and there was plenty of pillows. The food in the restaurant is excellent and the beer was indeed cold. If you visit Truro, I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed last night with my friend to attend tunes in the dunes in perranporth. Lovely room and spotlessly clean, right in the centre of Truro. Beds were super Comfy, with a tv and plenty of coffee and tea :) The festival is in perranporth but the bus station is a 2 minute walk with a Wetherspoons near by for food and drinks while we waited for the bus. We got a taxi back which was £40 but the bus ride there was £2 each and as a special event was more than reasonable between 2 of us. If you are looking for an after party then go elsewhere but this was perfect to escape to after a busy and exiting evening. Also parking is gated so gives extra peace of mind. Thank you mannings

We enjoyed our stay especially as it was so close to everything.
Sadly the lack of an opening window was disappointing as we had no fesh air in the room and only had the electric fan as means of cooling the room.
No lift in the hotel was a minor disappointment.
Apart from these complaints the hotel was excellent and we would stay again if a room was available with an opening window.

Attended Mannings restaurant for lunch with friends! Incredible, tasty, imaginative food. Wonderful service. Didn't feel rushed, despite sitting at our table for 3 hours!! Never disappoints, but I think has got better since out last visit!! Can't wait for next time! Thank you Mannings.
