Some updates appear to have been done in room, new carpet and paint. However, run down hotel with musty smell. Hallway carpeting is very dirty. Room was not cleaned well, items from previous guest on chair. Bathroom floor was sticky and had hair, the shower soap dispenser was missing, shampoo dispenser empty, shower tiles moldy. Air conditioner was noisy and rusty, mirrors in room not cleaned. Can likely find better in area.

The entrance to this place is really wonky - there is no front entrance or sign on the road. Also, the whole reason we booked this hotel is because it had an indoor pool and it was closed for cleaning. When I questioned it, the front desk person told me I should have called to make sure it was open. What? Really? That pretty much over shadowed the whole stay. The area it is located is also a little strange. Comfy room and nice breakfast, but I think I'll pass on this next time.

Our room was really dirty. The shower had boogers on the walls, and lots of hair. The bed sheets didn’t look like washed, they had hair on them and were dirty.

Property location is excellent but hotel rooms need some update. A mattress topper would be great as it was hard and uncomfortable, pluses pillows do not have any support and are too small and without shape. Curtains need some loving care. Shower doors need update.

Not enough parking. Motorcycles were allowed to park at entrance under covered area and when they came in after midnight it woke me since my room was close to entrance.
Handicapped shower caused water to run out onto floor. When I mopped up water towel was dirty from floor. Otherwise it was fine.

The staff was so friendly and courteous this review is not about the staff at all.
It’s entirely about the property. There is something wrong with the property it has a terrible smell like water damage is going on. I am asthmatic & I could not breathe, the air was damp and heavy. I thought the room would be better but it was not. I stayed in the hotel for 2 hours and left.
This hotel desperately needs a remodel or someone should go out there and review this place again it’s a 1 star or 2 at best.

How on earth does this hotel have a "good" rating overall? This hotel smells bad, had bugs, is completely run down, and has inconsiderate staff. From other reviews, it has apparently been this way for years. DO NOT STAY HERE under any circumstance.
