Booked--and paid in advance--for a room. Then got a phone call from the staff saying they did not have rooms available. I asked how they intended to refund us and they said that it was *******'s problem and not theirs! Thankfully, ******* staff, whom I subsequently reached by phone, were helpful and got the stay reimbursed. I do NOT understand how a property could have rooms listed as available then blame ******* for selling what they had listed.
