Big rooms, good breakfast, very nice staff. View from the rooms was amazing. Location is close to the center of Tsaghkadzor where all the restaurants are located, but meanwhile in a quiet place so you can have wonderful sleep. I recommend it for families and couples.

😊 Good location - very close to the ski resort, not far from the town centre. Small but own parking. Nice views outside and from the rooms. 😒 Initially were offered a room with noise kitchen air system outside (family room on the first floor #101). As we arrived early - were able to change the room for the other side of the building. In one of new rooms (#207) bathroom worked poorly - water went out very slowly, towels hanging reel was broken. Floor in room was not so clean. Although the hotel was quite new (2018) - some walls were dirty from some moistures or parties, we assume it is mold. I.e. it already needs repair. During both days water was off for several hours. They say it is a common problem but a) we were not informed, b) there was no such problem in other places we visited. Although the price is high, breakfast is very moderate. No normal juice, no normal coffee (instant only), no any biscuits or bakery. Overall do not recommend to stay. Not value for money.

I think that this hotel is so nice and comfortable for guests,The forest view is so beautiful,The only thing bothered me was the Loud noise in the forest view room which I think was some system working. It was heard when the window was open. and I definitely think the reception is on the wrong floor.
